Remuneration management is the process of providing services to all employees in order to determine the total amount of remuneration and the structure and form of remuneration that enterprises should receive.The results are closely related to the immediate interests of employees,and the results are closely related to the immediate interests of employees.Therefore,compensation management is an important topic for each enterprise.The general difficulty of salary management in state-owned enterprises is to take into account both efficiency and fairness,as well as the interests of all parties.The level of salary management has also become a key bottleneck restricting the high-quality development of enterprises.Broadband salary is one of the salary management methods in the overall human resources management system of enterprises,an effective way for state-owned enterprises to optimize the salary management mode in the existing human resources system,and a new salary structure design method to improve or replace the traditional vertical salary structure with a large number of levels.S City Tobacco Company is a state-owned enterprise engaged in tobacco planting and cigarette sales in southern Shaanxi,serving more than 8600 retail households and more than 3100 tobacco farmers in 6 counties and 1 district of the city.Due to the influence of location factors and local economic development level,compared with sister units in the province,they are at different levels of disadvantage in terms of human resources reserves,high-end talent introduction,overall ability of employees and daily work vitality.Taking S City Tobacco Company as an actual case,this paper conducts an objective and comprehensive investigation on the current situation of the company’s salary management through field visits and face-toface discussions,and conducts in-depth analysis based on the investigation,finding out the specific problems in the company’s salary management process,such as the lag of the management system,the blockage of the growth channel,the lack of evaluation efficiency and the lack of management accuracy.Based on the theoretical basis of broadband salary management,this paper puts forward the "benchmark value+" post broadband salary strategy optimization ideas,implementation measures and related system guarantees,in order to break the existing salary management solidification mode and development bottleneck,give full play to the growth and incentive role of salary distribution,further stimulate the work vitality of employees,and add assistance to the high-quality development of S City Tobacco.
