| Now high-tech industries with computers,electronic communications,aerospace,medical instruments and pharmaceutical manufacturing as the main force are developing rapidly,and the competition of their standards is increasing day by day,especially the rapid rise of 5g technology.Major enterprises at home and abroad are competing for the leading power of standard formulation.Mastering core standards not only has a far-reaching impact on the long-term development of high-tech industries.It has also become the key for China’s high-tech enterprises to win in the international competition.However,at this stage,there are still problems of poor R&D and innovation ability and lack of core patent technology,which makes China face severe challenges in the competition of relevant standards and affects the rapid development of China’s high-tech enterprises and their position in the global competition.Facing this situation,it is of great practical significance to study the development status of standardization ability of high-tech enterprises in China and explore the impact of standardization ability on the innovation quality of high-tech enterprises.However,due to the poor availability of data,the existing empirical tests are only limited to the national level and industry level.Few scholars analyze the impact of standardization ability on innovation quality from the micro enterprise level.Starting from the enterprise level,this paper comprehensively adopts three indicators: the number of standard and technology committees where high-tech enterprises are located,the ability of enterprises to participate in national standard formulation and industrial standard formulation,and measures the overall standardization ability of enterprises through entropy method,Using the data of 131 listed companies from 2008 to 2020,this paper discusses the impact of standardization ability on the innovation quality of China’s high-tech enterprises.The analysis results show that: first,in the standardized measurement indicators,the standard resource investment ability measured by the number of standard technology committees where high-tech enterprises are located has no significant positive impact on the innovation quality,and the ability of enterprises to participate in the formulation of national standards and industry standards has a significant positive impact on the innovation quality.At the same time,the impact of each index on innovation quality is different,and the ability to participate in the formulation of industry standards is higher than that of participating in the formulation of national standards;Second,standardization ability can significantly promote the innovation quality of enterprises,and the impact will be different according to the different ownership of enterprises.The promotion effect of standardization ability on the innovation quality of non-state-owned enterprises is greater than that of state-owned enterprises. |
