The hotel industry plays an indispensable role in supporting the rapid development of tourism.In recent years,the rapid development of the hotel industry in China,the lack of hotel-related professionals,the overall low quality of employees,staff instability has become a problem restricting the development of the hotel industry.However,the traditional methods of staff training,training inefficiency and training evaluation lag more and more prominent problems,the current development of the hotel training system has become an urgent task.More and more hotels realize that the construction of efficient human resources training system can improve the quality of staff,increase the internal cohesion of hotels,improve the core competitiveness of hotels,and promote the formation of excellent organizational culture of hotels,can play a positive role in the hotel and personal development has far-reaching significance.Based on the theory of training demand analysis,adult learning theory and learning organization theory,this paper uses the methods of Literature Research,investigation and in-depth interview to analyze the training needs of the Hotel Management Company,this paper analyzes the current situation and main problems of staff training system of Hunan Jiangshan Resource Hotel Management Co.,Ltd..Firstly,it introduces the background,significance,contents and methods of the research,and then introduces the basic situation of Hunan Jiangshan Resource Hotel Management Co.,Ltd.,focusing on the analysis of the current situation and problems of the staff training system of Hunan Jiangshan Resource Hotel Management Co.,Ltd.,at present,there are some problems in its training system,such as the single training method,the imperfect training evaluation system,the slow transformation of the results,the unreasonable construction of the teaching staff,etc.,formulate the Staff Training System Optimization Program of Hunan Jiangshan Resource Hotel Management Co.,Ltd.,give the principles and objectives of the training system optimization design,then from the demand analysis,the training course system,the instructor system,the implementation system and so on four dimensions formulate the scientific training plan,finally,points out the training system optimization implementation step,formulates the training management system plan implementation safeguard measure,the expected effect of the training program is analyzed and the concrete measures are given.The results of the research are that a training course system is designed for hotels to adapt to their actual operating conditions,and specific safeguard measures are formulated to improve the pertinence and Operability of hotel training,for the hotel long-term sustainable development to provide an important human resources support.At the same time,it also provides some reference and reference for other hotels in the industry to carry out similar human resources training.
