In recent years,China’s supply chain is facing a severe and unpredictable internal and external environment.The phenomenon of information island gradually exposed between the industrial chain and the supply chain intensifies the bullwhip effect,the degree of industry informatization is deepening,the trend of technological innovation and the systematic demand for information communication between upstream and downstream are increasing.Enterprises are required to build a digital platform,improving the modernization level of the supply chain,building a capable supply chain supported by new infrastructure such as the Internet of Things,which can speedily respond to the internal and external environment.And company use the dynamic capabilities of the supply chain to seize the stable chain,supplement the chain and strengthen the chain.However,at present,there are few leading enterprises in the layout of digital innovation technologies such as the Io T,and they lack layout experience,ignore the role of resources in maintaining the stability of the supply chain,and have problems such as low efficiency in resource utilization.Under complex factors,it is urgent to help supply chain enterprises seek development benchmarks,grasp the main contradictions in the development stage,realize the dynamic capability evolution of the supply chain through resource arrangement measures,and build a systematic understanding of the capability evolution process to guide practice.At present,the research on supply chain dynamic capability mainly considers it as an influencing factor,but there is still a lack of systematic exploration on why the dynamic capability of enterprise supply chain is formed and how to evolve.The new development stage brings more massive resources to supply chain enterprises,and how to acquire the dynamic capability of supply chain by constructing,bundling and combining resources will also become an important research direction.Based on this study,the basic theoretical framework is constructed on the basis of theoretical refinement.With the help of SPS case study paradigm,Hanwei Technology,a chain owner with the characteristics of "mastering core technology,information layout,strong rooting and ecological dominance",is selected as the research object,and cross-evidences multiple data sources are used to pay attention to the reliability and validity of the research process from multiple angles.According to the data and literature,the driving factors,resource arrangement measures and supply chain dynamic capabilities are difined into nine main categories: internal and external driving factors,resource acquisition and construction,bundling and combination,deployment and utilization,supply chain perception and capture ability,learning and absorption,integration and coordination ability,reconstruction and innovation ability and response ability.According to the characteristics of resource arrangement of chain owners,the stage division divides the evolution process into three stages: supply chain resource acquisition and construction,bundling and combination,and coordinated utilization.Based on the stage division,Atlas.ti asset analysis software is used to encode the stage data,which proves the dynamic capability evolution mechanism of supply chain in stages.The study gradually explores how the internal and external drivers affect the process mechanism of dynamic capability evolution of enterprise supply chain from the perspective of resource arrangementThe conclusion of the study indicates that the dynamic capability of supply chain shows the characteristics of stage evolution process,gradual cycle climbing and leaping influence among each other;At different developing stages,different internal and external driving factors affect enterprises,and there are main means of resource arrangement to build supply chain dynamic capabilities;Under different driving factors,stage-specific resource arrangement means has obvious positive effect on the formation of dynamic capability of supply chain,and the capability effect produced by resource arrangement in the previous stage acts on the formation of capability in the next stage,and the same capability shows a higher level of climb in each stage;Enterprises rely on the dynamic capability of supply chain realized by means of resource arrangement,which promotes the realization of high synergy between upstream and downstream of the supply chain in the late stage of enterprise development,The use of information to enhance the degree of trust between the main supply chain,to achieve economic benefits and market competitive advantage chain owners to provide an important support.From the conclusion,this requires enterprises to grasp the close relationship between resources and capabilities,grasp the main contradictions in the development of supply chain,and choose the strategy of rational planning of resources to help realize the goal of transforming supply chain from "stable" to "strong". |
