"Silk Road E-commerce" is the combination of digital development and the Belt and Road Initiative,and the support of digital technology for the Belt and Road Initiative.It is becoming a new global solution to promote the common development of mankind in the digital era.With the rapid development of information technology worldwide,cross-border e-commerce has become a new form of business in the world’s economic development."Silk Road e-commerce" has also become a new name card for in-depth international cooperation and a new highlight of bilateral economic and trade cooperation.Big country of China as the electronic commerce,the proposed "the silk road e-business" concept,after China and the cooperation in the field of electronic commerce rapid advance of cooperation,promote the cooperation in the construction of infrastructure,information level,China’s cross-border e-commerce market turnover the spurt of growth,it will also inevitably to cross-border electrical business cooperation has a certain role in promoting the level of development,Create conditions for digital transformation in other developing countries.The 14 th Five-Year Plan also clearly proposes to deepen international cooperation in the digital economy by relying on the Silk Road e-commerce,actively promote the development of cross-border e-commerce,strengthen the global layout of the digital industrial chain,and promote deeper and more solid international cooperation in the digital field.Up to now,China has established bilateral e-commerce cooperation mechanisms with 27 countries.Poverty is a long-standing problem in the development of human society.How to alleviate poverty and eventually eliminate poverty has always been an important focus for governments of all countries.Based on this background,as the cross-border electricity business as China’s foreign trade growth momentum,digital trade also achieved by large multinational companies to give him the small and medium-sized enterprises and individuals,to help poor countries develop digital trade,narrow the digital divide,shaping its soft power,which provides a new kinetic energy for the poor countries out of poverty and the new method.And whether the construction of "Silk Road e-commerce" can promote poverty reduction in participating countries has also become a topic to be studied urgently.This paper first analyzes the influence mechanism of "Silk Road e-commerce"construction to help poverty reduction from the theoretical level.Secondly,taking the construction of "Silk Road e-commerce" as the starting point of the policy,the multi-period differential model is used to evaluate the poverty reduction effect of the construction of "Silk Road e-commerce",and the mediation effect test model is used to incorporate the development of informatization into the research framework to verify its influence mechanism.Then,heterogeneity analysis is conducted to explore whether the construction of "Silk Road e-commerce" has a differential impact on countries with different levels of development,and to compare and analyze whether the construction of "Silk Road e-commerce" has a different effect on poverty reduction between countries along the "One Belt and One Road" and countries other than the "One Belt and One Road".Finally,representative countries are selected from participating countries of all continents in the world,and countries participating in the construction of "Silk Road e-commerce" such as China(Asia)and Brazil(Latin America)are taken as specific cases to analyze the fact of poverty reduction,so as to understand the specific application of "Silk Road e-commerce" construction and poverty reduction.The results of this paper show that:(1)the construction of "Silk Road e-commerce" has significantly promoted poverty reduction in participating countries.(2)For countries with higher per capita GDP and better urbanization,the effect of "Silk Road e-commerce" construction on poverty reduction is more obvious.(3)The construction of "Silk Road e-commerce" has a higher effect on poverty reduction in developing countries,followed by developed countries,while its effect on least developed countries is not obvious.(4)the "silk road electricity" construction already involved in the "area" initiative in the national poverty reduction effect is more apparent,for only in "silk road electricity construction" and did not participate in the "area" initiative national poverty reduction effect is weak,and the "silk road electricity participating countries to the construction of the poverty reduction impact path and at the same time to participate in the influence of the" area "initiative country path is different.Finally,this paper puts forward corresponding policy suggestions for the construction of "Silk Road e-commerce" to help participating countries reduce poverty.
