Research On Product R&D Decision Of Electronic Information Industry Based On Risk And Capability

In the process of product R&D,enterprises are full of various decisions.Decision makers need to consider human,material,financial,risk,efficiency,product development prospects and many other issues.Therefore,comprehensive,sufficient and accurate analysis and evaluation of many problems,sharp prediction,witty judgment,and even the final careful decision are crucial to the success of enterprise product research and development.Therefore,first of all,it is necessary to collect information,find out the key influencing factors,and deeply investigate the reasons for the success or failure of research and development.Second,it is necessary to explore and formulate various evaluation schemes with the goal of solving problems,evaluate each scheme based on the past and current status data,and then select the best scheme from the alternative schemes.The above procedural decision-making is the key magic weapon for the success of product research and development.This study first reviewed the references,and then conducted in-depth situational interviews online and offline with R&D technical backbones,R&D managers and senior experts at or above the level of more than 30 electronic information enterprises,using qualitative research tools NVIVO11 software and grounded theory to sort out the interview records and extract the two dimensions of this paper,namely,risk and ability,And identify and excavate various R&D influencing factors related to the two dimensions,build risk and capability evaluation model,and then use AHP analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy theory to conduct static analysis,evaluation and ranking of risk degree and capability level for R&D risk and R&D required capability of electronic information industry,and then build a risk and capability decision-making model for decision-making based on risk and capability evaluation;Because R&D problems are constantly changing dynamically,and risk and capability have mutual influence and mutual influence,this paper uses system dynamics to simulate R&D risk,R&D capability separately,and then conduct comprehensive simulation,putting forward another paradigm for dynamic simulation and programmed decision-making of electronic product R&D.Finally,according to the theories and conclusions put forward above,this paper conducts case analysis and empirical research on the R&D project scheme selection of G Company in the electronic information industry,and puts forward conclusions and relevant suggestions on whether the project is feasible.
