Research On WD Company Community Emergency Materials Management Syste

Recently,sudden major public events have had a significant impact on China’s economy and people’s lives.Emergency supplies are the key material foundation for protecting people’s lives and safety,and are also crucial measures for responding to emergencies.In practice,the supply of emergency materials is limited by regional characteristics,and a large number of community material needs are difficult to meet in a timely and complete manner,exposing issues such as mismatched emergency material supply reserves and demand,ineffective information communication,excessive supply,and weak economy.This article conducts research on the community emergency material support activities of WD Company,aiming to analyze the new mode of community emergency material supply,solve the problems in community material supply under the transition between normal and emergency states,and provide new ideas for community material supply and support.Through literature analysis and field investigation methods,from the perspective of the construction and operation of the community material supply chain,through a systematic study of WD Company’s community emergency supplies,the characteristics and laws of the coupling of material procurement,transportation,warehousing,distribution,and other links under emergencies are sorted out.The differentiated needs of community material supply under normal and emergency conditions are analyzed,and the common problems and causes of community material supply are summarized,We have constructed a community material supply chain based on the transition of demand from normal to emergency state,and applied the idea of object-oriented system analysis and design to design a prototype system for WD Company’s community emergency material management,achieving digitization of material management and unification of information platforms.From the perspective of emergency response to public emergencies,the issue of ensuring the supply of community emergency supplies has been resolved.From the perspective of resource mobilization between enterprises and society,a solution for the effective connection between normal supply chain operation and emergency material supply has been proposed,with a focus on addressing the imbalance between supply and demand in the process of emergency material supply.From the perspective of supply chain information collaboration,WD Company’s material supply chain integration has been achieved,unifying enterprise resources from multiple levels.From the perspective of information circulation,the system design has realized the effective scheduling and emergency response level in the material supply process,completed the comprehensive control of materials,timely grasped the quantity and location of emergency materials,and ensured reasonable inventory to meet the needs of society,enterprises,and residents.From the perspective of enterprise management,this article elaborates on the significance of information technology construction for WD Company’s enterprise management,achieving efficient enterprise management,adapting to the market economy system,improving enterprise intelligence,and ensuring WD Company’s competitive advantage.
