Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Investment Promotion In Yuzhong District, Chongqin

Since the reform and opening up,as China’s real economy continues to develop rapidly,the central and local governments are actively carrying out investment promotion activities,innovating investment promotion methods,introducing preferential policies for investment promotion,and promoting the smooth development of investment promotion.Investment promotion has gradually become an important form of revitalizing the regional economy.As the core district of Chongqing,Yuzhong District has been vigorously promoting investment attraction,and its total economic growth has been attributed to the results of investment attraction.At present,China’s economy has entered a new stage of development,and all local governments are actively looking for opportunities to increase the attraction of foreign capital,which makes the competition for investment attraction very fierce and bottlenecks appear in Yuzhong District,affecting the effectiveness of investment attraction.Only by solving the practical problems of investment attraction in Yuzhong District based on the actual situation can we further optimize the results of investment attraction and promote the high-quality economic and social development of Yuzhong District.This paper takes the current situation of investment attraction in Yuzhong District as an example,based on the research results at home and abroad,and based on the data of investment attraction in Yuzhong District in recent years as the support for the research,interviews and researches are conducted with the front-line staff of investment promotion function departments and the attracting enterprises to collect relevant information and analyze the problems of investment attraction in Yuzhong District.It is found that there is insufficient space and resources for investment attraction in Yuzhong District,the overall quality of investment projects is not high,the investment approach is traditional and single,and the investment service management is not in place.Guided by the theories of new public management,new public service and industrial chain,the theoretical and practical research on investment attraction work is conducted in Yuzhong District under the premise of giving full play to government management and service functions,and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward on how to improve the quality and level of investment attraction work.The first is to strengthen the supply of resource elements;the second is to strengthen the top-level design;the third is to explore diversified investment paths;the fourth is to optimize the business environment,with a view to providing reference for the future investment attraction work in Yuzhong District.
