As the new normal of China’s economy continues to deepen and the high-quality economic development environment brings about the transition from high-speed growth to medium-speed growth,the capability shortcomings of enterprises are gradually highlighted.Under the environment of innovation-driven economic development,the long-term competitive advantage of enterprises must be achieved by continuous innovation and breakthrough in the promotion of competitive advantage.Non-woven fabrics also known as non-textile fabrics,non-woven disposable products occupy a considerable share of the market,however,China’s non-woven fabrics enterprises are still facing overall competitive advantages and core competence limitations.The more specific is the uniqueness of competitive advantage,the higher is the added value created by economic activities.YWM Company is one of the largest nonwovens suppliers in Northeast China,which integrates research and development,production,sales and service.As a representative of nonwovens manufacturing industry,YWM Company is faced with the problem of how to overcome the rigid competitive advantage and achieve the advanced competitive advantage in the fierce competition environment.Based on A-U model and competitive advantage theory,this study deconstructs the three dimensions of competitive advantage,and proposes A theoretical analysis framework for YWM company’s competitive advantage improvement from the perspective of A-U model.Through the description and description of the development of YWN’s competitive advantage,this paper accurately reveals the key constraints and predicament causes of the promotion of YWN’s core competence,then,from the perspective of product innovation and technology innovation,the paper puts forward concrete measures on the three core dimensions of YWN company: Technology Innovation Competitive Advantage,market innovation competitive advantage and integrated innovation competitive advantage,it is helpful for YWN company to improve its dynamic competitive advantage.In this article,through the combination of theory and reality of research,the development of the same type enterprise and industry to provide operational framework structure,at the same time to YWN enterprise itself and the enterprise the competitive advantage,industry in the current and future new market economic situation that match the new strategy,put forward the effective solutions to the promotion of enterprise competitive advantage.It also provides some methods for reference for the development of manufacturing enterprises of the same type in the new period.
