Abstract/Summary:
In today’s socio-economic context,the organizational structure of a company plays a significant role in the business development of the company.Scientific corporate organizational structure can help companies effectively enhance their core competitiveness and improve the efficiency of information flow at all levels of the company.However,many companies today lack efficient corporate organizational structures,and those that have already established them also have unreasonable and unscientific corporate organizational structures,resulting in duplication of departments and unclear functions.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct research on enterprise organizational structure and optimize it.Based on introducing the research background,analyzing the theoretical and practical significance of the selected research,and reviewing the domestic and foreign research developments about organizational structure,this thesis elaborates on the concepts of organizational structure and organizational structure optimization,and the theoretical bases such as the theory of power change,decision organization theory,and organizational structure optimization process.Then,by understanding the development profile of A Energy Group Co.,Ltd.and describing the current situation of function setting,internal communication,staffing and authority and responsibility system of A Energy Group Co.,Ltd.,the necessity of organizational structure optimization of A Energy Group Co.Combined with the interview method,the current problems in the organizational structure of A Energy Group are mainly unreasonable staffing,insufficient internal communication and coordination,lack of reciprocity of authority and responsibility,and lack of clarity in the organizational structure,which are mainly caused by unscientific staffing and job setting,insufficient decentralization of functional department management,and lack of horizontal communication and coordination between functional departments.Finally,the optimization ideas,objectives and principles of organizational structure are proposed,and the organizational structure form of business division is chosen to be more suitable for the development of A Energy Group.A Energy Group can follow the principles of strategy-oriented,people-oriented,clear division of labor and continuous optimization,and optimize the problems of the company’s organizational structure from the four sides of staffing,communication and coordination,organizational structure optimization,and organizational structure function optimization,and at the same time We also provide guarantee measures in terms of system,organization and human resources.Through the research of this thesis,it can help A Energy Group Co.,Ltd.establish an organizational structure suitable for the development of the company,improve the organizational efficiency and management level,and then enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise.
