China’s aquatic feed industry began in the 1980s.After more than 40 years of rapid development,it has successfully ranked among the top in the world.More and more aquatic feed enterprises have sprung up and become a major part of the national economy,which has promoted the vigorous development of China’s fishery and aquaculture industry.Among them,group enterprises with a certain scale have also emerged one after another.They not only have a wide impact in China,but also begin to emerge on the world stage.The correctness of their marketing strategies directly determines the competitiveness of aquatic feed enterprises in the market,Especially in the current fierce market competition environment,how to formulate effective marketing strategies has become a major problem faced by all aquatic feed enterprises.This paper takes the marketing strategy of Tianjin Group aquatic feed enterprises as the research object,selects h enterprise as the research case,analyzes the external environment of H enterprise by using pest macro environment analysis method,Porter five forces competition environment analysis method and SWOT analysis method combined with domestic and foreign research results,and reveals the opportunities and challenges faced by H enterprise through the evaluation of factors such as market,competition and internal advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise;By using the methods of field interview and questionnaire survey,this paper summarizes the current marketing situation and problems of H enterprise in Tianjin market;Finally,combined with the problems existing in the marketing process of H enterprise,the marketing environment,and the market development trend,the paper puts forward suggestions for improvement and optimization and measures to ensure the implementation of strategies,including enhancing product competitiveness,optimizing marketing channel mode,innovating and enriching promotional activities,and strengthening internal management.It is hoped that the research in this paper can provide certain reference for the marketing strategy formulation of group aquatic feed enterprises,and help aquatic feed enterprises to formulate effective marketing strategies,improve competitiveness and market share.
