| Since 2020,in the face of the impact of the new crown epidemic and the severe domestic and international economic and financial situation,the global economic growth has slowed down and the competition among the banking industry has become increasingly fierce.At the same time,with the development of Internet finance,third-party payment platforms and "shadow banks",which are outside the banking supervision system,have broken the constraints of time and space and become a huge financial industry,which also indirectly leads to the reduction of the intermediary status of banks.The complex and severe economic and financial situation at home and abroad has not only challenged the business of commercial banks,but also indirectly affected the human resource management of commercial banks.Therefore,while innovating financial technology,product structure,service model and ensuring financial security,commercial banks focus on strengthening human resource management,optimizing assessment system and establishing clearer development strategies and more effective incentive mechanisms in order to cope with the current economic situation.Performance management is the basis of compensation management,and compensation management is the incentive cashing and promotion means of performance management results.In recent years,internal performance appraisal management has started to be emphasized by more and more commercial banks,most of which are gradually optimizing and improving the salary allocation system,and have initially set up the bank’s internal appraisal and evaluation system,playing a guiding role in performance management.However,in the actual operation process,there are still problems such as incomprehensive and unreasonable weight setting.This paper analyzes the problems in performance appraisal and puts forward relevant opinions and suggestions to improve the performance appraisal mode of Z bank JX branch,for example,in order to optimize the performance appraisal system of Z bank JX branch.It is found that scientific and reasonable performance appraisal is of great significance to the all-round and high-quality development of commercial banks.The thesis is divided into six parts: the first part is an introduction that presents the background,importance and methodology of the study;the second part is the literature review part,which describes the concepts and existing studies related to performance appraisal;the third part is the case study part,which introduces the current situation and problems of the current performance appraisal system of Z bank JX branch and analyzes the reasons for the problems;the fourth part is based on the balanced scorecard theory for Z bank JX branch The fourth part is to propose optimization measures for the performance appraisal system of Z bank JX branch based on the balanced scorecard theory,the fifth part is the guarantee measures for the performance appraisal system of Z bank JX branch to ensure the smooth implementation of the appraisal,and the sixth part is the conclusion and outlook of this research.The construction of the performance appraisal system of commercial banks should be combined with their actual development,and they should not pay too much attention to performance and neglect the role of performance management in promoting business development,but should plan the performance appraisal system in an integrated manner and introduce new ideas to adapt it to the complex financial situation. |
