| In human resource management,the main purpose of performance evaluation is to emphasize the importance of "people" in the enterprise,and to bring more economic and social benefits to the enterprise and society through the management and development of "people",so as to achieve the common development of enterprise and talents and the sustainable growth of society.The aim is to achieve joint development of the enterprise and the human resources and sustainable growth of the society.The human resource management combined with the green concept,that is green human resource management,is not only a basic requirement for the development of modern company management,but also one of the fundamental ways for the company to carry out low-carbon management.The green performance appraisal is a key initiative to increase the greenness of the company’s employees.In investigating the current situation,this thesis researches the theories in the fields related to green human resource management and employee green performance management,and analyses the current situation of employee performance management in the high potential talent program of manufacturing production company A through questionnaires and interviews.It is found that the performance evaluation system of Company A for high potential talent is not perfect and has a low level of greenness,which further leads to a low potential for green sustainability in employee performance management,as shown by "Members’ understanding of and participation in the company’s green projects is low,and their own green knowledge and skill levels and green behaviors still have much room for improvement".To solve this practical problem,this thesis first proposes the initial construction of an employee performance evaluation index system based on the green concept and comprehensive sustainable development based on literature research,and then revises the index system through real research with relevant personnel and human resource experts of Company A’s high potential talent project,and finally establishes an employee green performance evaluation index system that meets the actual needs of the project.Then a combination of performance indicators was assigned weights using the fuzzy hierarchical analysis-entropy weighting method,and the weighting percentages were divided for appraisers of qualitative indicators.Finally,the performance of the project members was evaluated by combining the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Through the construction of the employee green performance evaluation system,this thesis solves the problems that the employee performance appraisal process of Company A’s high potential talent program is not sound enough,the performance appraisal indexes are not comprehensive enough and the indexes of employees’ green ability are not set clearly enough,improves the entire performance management process,and enhances the work performance level and efficiency effectiveness of the production division and individual employees involved in the project.It also proposes a series of safeguards based on the practical content of green human resource management,which can help cultivate employees’ green awareness and green innovation ability,and can promote the green development of employees’ career and retain the best overall green employees for the enterprise.There are 43 figures,39 tables and 82 references in this thesis. |
