Research On Resource Endowment、project Drive And Profitability Of Agricultural Cooperatives

The core of rural revitalization is to develop industry.As the most important part of rural revitalization,"Industry revitalization" plays a key role in building our country into a powerful agricultural country.The first document of the CPC Central Committee clearly2023 that high-quality development of rural industries should be promoted,that the composition and growth path of rural industries should be accurately grasped,and that the crux of the current situation should be carefully analyzed in order to improve the quality of development.The agricultural cooperative plays an irreplaceable role in this process as a link between small farmers and large markets.To address the current low level of quality and efficiency of cooperatives and the challenges to sustainable development,and to highlight the high quality development of cooperatives,it is necessary to poverty alleviation the strategic opportunity period of consolidating the achievements of cooperatives and effectively linking them with the revitalization of rural areas,we will constantly stimulate the new engine of rural talents,promote new patterns of projects,and achieve sustained improvement in the profitability of cooperatives.On the basis of combing and analyzing the literature,this paper defines the concept of resource endowment,project driving and cooperative profit level with reference to relevant research at home and abroad.Based on the 2017 World Bank loan project for the development of rural communities in poor areas,data were collected from project support cooperatives in Long County and Linyou County,Baoji Province,and their surrounding cooperatives,and used the method of fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis to carry out empirical analysis on the factors influencing the profitability of cooperatives,this paper obtains and explains the four condition configurations that lead to the high profit level of the cooperative,and analyzes the key factors that affect the profit level of the cooperative.Combined with the case of HS walnut industry cooperative under the typical path,this paper further demonstrates the role played by the key factors in the development of the cooperative,and comprehensively judges the development prospect of the case cooperative through SWOT analysis,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions with a view to providing scientific reference for increasing the input of government projects,improving the agricultural cooperative level,promoting the high-quality development of cooperatives,and promoting the revitalization of rural industries.The study shows that there are various factors that affect the profit level of cooperatives,different combination of factors will lead to the same result of the cooperative’s profit,and the factor characteristics in“Resource endowment”make the main contribution to the high profit level of the cooperative,the amount of project investment plays an important role in the high profit level of the cooperative,and the positive joint effect of the two is the key to the high profit level of the cooperative.For small-scale and high-earning cooperatives,“ Project investment ” can replace “ Resource elements combination”and“High education”.At the same time,“Resource elements combination”and“High education” can also make up for the“Project input” brought about by the lack of disadvantage.For large-scale high-profit level cooperatives,it is necessary to improve the management level of cooperatives on the basis of“Project investment”and“Competent person driving”.In terms of specific measures,it is more common to introduce managers with cadre experience,and for places with advantages in combining resources and agricultural cooperation elements,it is best to introduce talents with higher education to be responsible for management.
