| The work of "agriculture,farmers,rural areas" has been playing an important role in China’s social and economic development.To realize "rural revitalization" is the primary responsibility of all levels of government.Industrial prosperity,rural prosperity,how to solve the "three rural" work,the lack of professional services will become the focus of agricultural modernization.V company,as a company providing fresh cut flower industry innovation services,integration of industry chain resources,although made certain achievements,but there are still many problems in the project promotion process,the overall strategy to be optimized.Based on the marketing theory,based on 4P theory.In this paper,the connotation and the problems in the promotion of the fresh cut flower innovation service project of V company are discussed.After visiting and investigating the enterprises and farmers of fresh cut flower industry in Yunnan,this paper uses SWOT model analysis method to analyze the contents of V Company’s project promotion.Based on the stakeholder theory and 4P theory,this paper analyzes the problems of product,price,channel and promotion of project promotion strategy,and reveals the problems of product function to be improved,low profitability,single channel and weak sales team.And in the organization,technology,capital,talent to give safeguards to ensure the smooth promotion of fresh cut flowers innovative services.This study provides significant reference value for the follow-up development and decision-making of V Company,and produces benefits in the actual operation of the company.At the same time,it provides a specific case for Yunnan flower industry to promote the implementation of socialized services and solve the pain point of the industry,and provides a reference for the future research on the whole industry chain of flowers,and ultimately promotes the development of the agricultural industry. |
