| As an important force in the financial market,small loan companies have played a positive role in promoting economic development and social stability.However,with the increasing demand of economic development and the continuous expansion of the financial market,the competition of small loan companies is becoming increasingly fierce.Among them,the account manager of a small loan company is the main executor of the company’s business,whose performance is directly related to the company’s profit and competitiveness.Therefore,a scientific performance management system is of great significance for small loan companies to expand market share and enhance brand influence.The purpose of this paper is to discuss the performance management of account managers in small loan companies,and take the account managers of A company as the research object.Based on relevant concepts and theories such as account manager,account manager management,performance,performance management and incentive,this paper uses methods such as literature research,questionnaire survey and interview,and finds that there are some problems in the performance management process of account manager in Company A,such as the relevance between performance goals and strategic goals is not strong,the comprehensiveness and effectiveness of performance coaching need to be strengthened,and performance appraisal indicators are not set comprehensively and performance results feedback is not adequate.Through further analysis,it is found that the main causes of these problems are account managers’ inadequate understanding of the company’s strategic objectives,insufficient attention of management to the process of performance management,insufficient coordination between departments in the process of performance management,and inadequate application of training and education in the process of performance management.In order to solve these problems,this paper puts forward some specific suggestions based on the four aspects of performance plan,performance guidance,performance appraisal and performance feedback: smooth two-way communication of performance plan,perfect performance guidance mechanism,improve performance appraisal indicators,enhance the incentive sustainability of performance feedback,etc.The research aims to help Company A further optimize the performance management of account managers,improve the working efficiency and enthusiasm of account managers,so as to realize the high-quality development of Company A.At the same time,this study is expected to provide reference for the performance management in the same industry. |
