Research On The Mechanism Of Improving The Core Competitiveness Of Chinese Enterprises In The Context Of Trade Frictions

Since joining the WTO in 2001,the internationalization of Chinese enterprises has made rapid progress.As the world’s largest and second largest economy,the trade exchanges between China and the United States are the top priority of the process of economic globalization,and Sino-US trade relations have a profound impact on global economic development.In 2018,the United States imposed punitive tariffs on high-tech products from China and imposed sanctions on Chinese high-tech enterprises,and then included a number of government and commercial organizations in the so-called entity list to restrict exports.In the face of threats from import and export channels,supply chain networks,and technology patents,in order to improve their own risk resistance capabilities,how enterprises improve their core competitiveness is of profound significance for addressing external risks and sustainable development in the future.From the perspective of enterprise ecological niche,this paper adopts the method of double-case study,taking Huawei and ZTE as the analysis objects,to explore the mechanism of enterprise ecological niche optimization to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises.The study found that enterprises can improve their core competitiveness by optimizing their ecological niche.The optimization of enterprise ecological niche is mainly from three aspects,namely,the viability of enterprise ecological niche,the development of enterprise ecological niche and the competitiveness of enterprise ecological niche.The three factors are interconnected and mutually supportive to jointly promote the core competitiveness of enterprises.Among them,the enterprise ecological niche viability includes the optimization of enterprise production and manufacturing capabilities and core technology capabilities;The development capability of enterprise ecological niche includes the optimization of enterprise strategic management capability and interface management capability;Enterprise ecological niche competitiveness is the optimization of enterprise learning and innovation capabilities.The contribution of this paper is to combine the dynamic optimization process of enterprise ecological niche with the promotion process of enterprise core competitiveness,and put forward the optimization mechanism of enterprise core competitiveness.It is of guiding significance for domestic enterprises to improve their competitiveness and cope with external risks in case of changes in domestic and foreign environment.
