China’s economic development has driven people’s demand for product quality and product customization.At the same time,market competitiveness also requires manufacturers to reduce manufacturing costs and improve quality management level,to gain market recognition and enterprise competitiveness.Therefore,Chinese manufacturing enterprises to carry out a series of promotion activities on production site management and quality management.Lean production mode introducing is the most attention and recognition.The manufacturing enterprises hope that realize the enterprises sustainable development,through lean production mode introducing to improve enterprise manufacturing and quality management level from though and management.C Company is also in an incentive competition environment and is eager to transform into a lean factory.Based on the theory of lean production,the research describes the production process of C Company,and analyzes the problems existing in the production of C company’s S6100 products by lean production tools.The problems are diagnosed,including the failure to meet customers’ annual shipment demand,the long production cycle of the whole product and the poor balance of the production line.In this research,value stream map is used as the main analysis tool to optimize the production process of C company’s S6100 products,and then combined related methods from lean production mode to point out an optimization plan for the deficiencies existing in the current product production process.In order to meet the customer delivery demand and reduce the manufacturing cost of C factory,mainly point out such as waste eliminating,the process simplifying,Single Minute Exchange of Die,the bottleneck eliminating,the risk reducing of component damage and the production line balancing problems,so as to improve the competitiveness of customers and C company.Finally,the annual production capacity of S6100 products increased from 32,000 to 61,000,and the balance rate of production line increased from 60.3% to 81.2%,as well as other indirect factors benefits,improving the competitiveness and value of the enterprise.
