It is a dynamic process to optimize the organizational structures of enterprises.The key is to match organizational structures with enterprise strategies and operations through continuous optimization and thus make the operation activities of enterprises smoother and more standardized.In general,the most important aspects in the process of optimizing the organizational structures of enterprises are the clarification of departmental responsibilities,the reasonable provision of key positions,and the optimization of systems so as to meet the development needs of enterprises.With the F Company as an example,this paper understands the changes in the construction and development of its organizational structure,analyzes their relationship with the strategic development of corporate business,and dissects their impact on the realization of organizational performance both internally and externally.It is hoped that the development direction of the organizational structure management of the F Company can be found and the purpose of organizational structure adjustment and optimization can be achieved to provide some valuable references for enterprise managers to design and optimize organizational structures.This paper uses methods such as literature research,case analysis,and interview to study the main contents of the following four aspects.First,it introduces the relevant research theories and the latest research trends of corporate organization structures at home and abroad.Second,it analyzes the problems that exist in the current organizational structure of the F Company,with close attention to aspects including the relationship between organizational structure and business,the division of departmental responsibilities in organizational structure,and the role of organizational structure in mobilizing the enthusiasm of employees.Third,this paper analyzes the reasons for the existence of organizational structure problems.Fourth,in response to these problems,it puts forward an organizational structure optimization scheme suitable for the development of the F Company.In this process,this paper uses not only the practical experience of enterprise management but also the theory of organizational structure management for analysis and research.Through investigation and analysis,it is found that the inadequate synchronization between organizational structure and business,the insufficient modernization and openness of organizational management structure,and the flattening organizational structure increase the difficulty of departmental innovation.In addition,the lack of communication and coordination between departments and the shortage of incentive mechanism construction are the main problems that exist in the current enterprise organizational structure management.Further analyses show that the company’s long-term neglect of organizational structure,the unscientific personnel allocation and position provision,the shortcomings of the corporate functional system itself,the company’s insufficient cognition of performance appraisal,and the inadequate decentralized management of functional departments lead to low work efficiency.On this basis,this paper proposes that the company should further optimize the organizational structure,departmental functions,responsibilities and division of labor,responsibilities of key positions,employee assessment mechanism,and other aspects to effectively help the organization play its due role.At the same time,for better optimization and change of the organizational structure,this paper suggests the company to further optimize cultural management,establish good incentive systems,and guarantee efficient communication between departments and employees,so as to ensure that the company can give fuller scope to the role of organizational structure optimization and provide support for smooth operation.
