| In the context of China’s "stable economy",financial leasing,as an important component of the financial industry,can use its business advantages to assist the development of domestic small and medium-sized enterprises.However,with the profound changes in the domestic and international economic environment and the increasingly strict financial regulatory situation,abandoning the original "quasi credit" business philosophy,returning to the origin of leasing,serving the real economy,and carrying out business transformation,it has gradually become an industry consensus.Currently,financial leasing companies represented by G Financial Leasing Company are facing problems such as extensive performance management,lack of systematic and scientific management,and difficulty in supporting business transformation and development.In order to achieve high-quality development of enterprises,how to develop performance management plans that are in line with the company’s actual situation and improve the company’s performance management level has become an urgent problem that various leasing companies need to solve.Therefore,this article takes G Financial Leasing Company as the research object and conducts an in-depth investigation of the company’s performance management status through questionnaires and interviews.After research and analysis,it is found that there are several problems in the company’s performance management: firstly,due to the weak professionalism of the company’s performance management personnel,the company’s performance plan does not match the company’s strategy;Secondly,due to the improper use of performance evaluation tools,the setting of performance management indicators is unreasonable;Thirdly,due to inadequate training on performance management process control,the company’s performance management process control is not detailed enough;Fourthly,due to the low emphasis on performance management,the company’s performance evaluation is unfair;Fifthly,due to the imperfect feedback mechanism of performance management,communication on company performance management feedback is not smooth;Sixth,due to the lack of positioning in the application of performance evaluation results,the company’s performance evaluation results are not fully applied.To effectively address the above issues,this study is based on the KPI performance evaluation method.From five aspects: the construction of performance plans and indicator systems,performance management process control,performance evaluation and evaluation,performance feedback and interviews,and the application of performance evaluation results,a targeted optimization plan has been developed for G Financial Leasing Company’s performance management.At the same time,to ensure the smooth implementation of the optimization plan,this article proposes guarantee measures from four aspects: organization,system,personnel,and culture.Through this performance management optimization study,it can provide reference for G Financial Leasing Company to improve its performance management level,achieve high-quality development of the company,and provide practical cases for similar financial leasing companies to carry out performance management optimization. |
