Performance management plays an important role in the long-term development of the company.The business department is a very important sector for the W financing leasing company.It brings revenue to the company While it is the first line of risk control.Their performance directly affects the current performance of the company.Therefore,Designing and optimizing the performance management system applicable to the business department is an important condition for improving the overall performance of the department and achieving long-term sustainable development of the enterprise.This paper adopts a combination of theoretical research and empirical research,and introduces the theory of BSC,AHP,and strategic map in detail.It is divided into six parts to study the performance evaluation and optimization of the business department of W financing leasing company.The first part introduces the background,content and methods of the research.The second part first describes the concepts of performance,performance management,etc.,and then briefly analyzes several major methods of performance evaluation in modern management,such as the key performance indicator method,balanced scorecard and AHP Etc.These theoretical knoWledge related to performance evaluation provides a theoretical basis for the issues studied in this article.The third part is a detailed discussion on the performance management examples of W Finance Leasing Company and its business department,starting from the actual situation of the company and the department,based on a large number of intervieWs and questionnaires.To analyzes the current situation of performance appraisal of employees in the business department and its existing problems,mainly including single assessment content,long cycle,loW employee participation,and lack of results communication and feedbackimprovement.The fourth part,according to the problems raised in the above part,optimizes the principles,objectives,assessment cycle and indicators of the performance assessment of the business department.Using the combination of BSC and AHP,it proposes to increase assessment items of different dimensions and strengthen employee participation.Shorten the evaluation cycle,add a communication link for performance results,and expand the optimization plan of the performance evaluation system for the practical application of the evaluation results.In the fifth part,the actual situation of the implementation of the neW performance management scheme and the problems it may encounter are briefly analyzed,and safeguard measures are put forWard on hoW to achieve the optimized scheme.Finally,it is the conclusion,at the same time explain shortcomings and future research studies.It is hoped that through this article,a balanced scorecard Will be implemented for similar companies in China,and a ne W performance management model Will be established to provide some reference.The main highlight of this article is the full integration of theory and practice.In the theory of a large number of performance management systems,combined With the actual situation of the business department of W Finance Leasing Company,the performance management is analyzed,and the optimization suggestions are practical and systematic.
