Nowadays,modern information technologies such as mobile internet,big data,internet of things,and cloud computing is developed rapidly.And The Internet has profoundly changed all walks of life with sweeping trends.Over the past decades,these mentioned new technologies attach big changes in the industry of books press,express delivery,information and communications,and commodity sales.And now,the internet has also impacted on China's traditional financial industry with sweeping trends.Internet finance has produced because of the diversified services.Currently,various innovations in e-finance products such as balance e-commerce,Wechat payment,Alipay,and P2 P loans have emerged in an endless stream.Internet finance integrates finance with the Internet,and carries out financial services such as payment settlement,capital financing,and wealth management through the Internet,and pushes out innovative and revolutionary Internet financial products such as P2 P loans,Alipay,and YuEbao to meet Current customer demand for convenient and efficient service of financial services.These,in turn,mean the separation of financial service units from traditional financial media in the new situation,and big challenges for the traditional financial industry.In order to be invincible in the competition,traditional banks must reform,and the reform of human resources management and the optimization of talent allocation are the top priorities of enterprise management reform.Therefore,Therefore,the author discuss the impact of Internet finance on the allocation of human resources in traditional commercial banks,and try to further find out the countermeasures for traditional commercial banks faced with the impact of Internet finance.In this study,the author analyzes the challenges faced by the human resources allocation in the total amount of labor resources,the configuration of physical outlets,and the efficiency of human resources,and its research direction in the future,and tries to put forward the methods of optimal allocation of human resources in the traditional commercial bank.The author introduces the background and significance,research status of this topic.On this basics,we put forward the train of thought and methods.Then,the author try to introduce the theoretical basis through overviewing.On this basis,the basic situation of J Bank S-Branch and the impact it suffered from internet finance are introduced by questionnaires and interviews.In the following chapter,the author point out the impact of Internet finance on J Bank S branch from the aspects of total employment,human resources allocation,and soon.Based on this,in the following chapter five,some recommendations on Internet finance of J Bank S-Branch are proposed:scientific planning of total workforce,establishment of a new model for human resources allocation,establishment of a "trinity" resource allocation constraint mechanism,optimization of outlets and post structure and the development and training of talents.Finally,by point out the shortcomings of this study,the future prospects of the related research on this topic are put forward.
