Study On Profit Distribution Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Industry Chain In Anguo City Of Hebei Province

In 2019,document No.1 of the Central Committee proposed speeding up the development of characteristic industries in rural areas,actively developing the industry of Chinese medicinal materials,and developing healthy health care industries adapted to the needs of urban and rural residents.Relevant policies and regulations have brought unprecedented opportunities to promote the development of Chinese traditional medicine industry.Under the new opportunities,Anguo,as one of the largest distribution centers of Chinese traditional medicine and birthplaces of Chinese traditional medicine culture,has made remarkable achievements in the Chinese traditional medicine industry,but the problems of short industrial chain,lack of deep processing,imbalance in the distribution of benefits in all sectors of the industrial chain are still outstanding.The imbalance in the distribution of benefits in the industrial chain seriously affects the enthusiasm of cooperation in all sectors,and is not conducive to the industrial chain of Chinese traditional medicine.Development.From the point of view of benefit distribution in the industrial chain,this paper studies the distribution of benefits in the industrial chain of Chinese medicinal materials in Anguo City,explores whether the current distribution pattern of benefits in each link of the industrial chain of Chinese medicinal materials in Anguo is reasonable,and constructs a reasonable benefit distribution mechanism on the basis of cooperation among the stakeholders in the industrial chain,which promotes the overall interests of the industrial chain of Chinese medicinal materials and the interests of the stakeholders in each link.It has important practical significance and is conducive to the healthy development of traditional Chinese medicine industry chain.This study combs the relevant literature and conducts a comprehensive study under the guidance of game theory,cost-benefit theory and benefit distribution theory.Based on the first-hand data obtained from field investigation,the current situation of the development of the industry chain of traditional Chinese medicine in Anguo City,Hebei Province was analyzed.The cost-benefit situation of the main stakeholders in the industry chain and the pattern of benefit distribution were quantified by using the methods of fair coordination degree and grey correlation degree.The problems were found,and the reasons for the formation of the pattern of benefit distribution were analyzed.Finally,Shapley value method was used to join the industry.Taking the processing enterprises in the chain as an example,this paper calculates the distribution of interests under the conditions of the cooperation of three main stakeholders in the industrial chain,the cooperation of wholesalers and processing enterprises or the cooperation of any one of the peasant households.The conclusions are as follows:(1)At present,the yield of traditional Chinese medicine planting in Hebei Province is increasing year by year,but there is no obvious advantage in terms of the benefit of planting links.(2)At present,the comprehensive cost return rates among planting,circulating and processing enterprises in Anguo City are 1.6%,25% and 43.4% respectively,and the comprehensive cost rates are quite different;the dispersion coefficients of the Chinese medicine industry chain from 2015 to 2017 are 0.69,0.74 and 0.73,respectively,which are all within the range of 0.6-0.8,and the coordination degree of each link is weak;(3)under the cooperative state,whether they cooperate or cooperate with each other.The overall interests of the industrial chain are greater than the non-cooperative state.When the two cooperate,the overall interests of the industrial chain are improved,but the premise is to damage the interests of one party.When the three parties participate in the cooperation,the overall interests of the industrial chain are improved while ensuring the improvement of the interests of various stakeholders.The innovations of this study are as follows: on the content,combining with the research results of beef cattle,vegetables,potatoes and other agricultural products industry chain benefit allocation in the existing literature,the Anguo traditional Chinese medicine industry chain is studied;on the research method,the benefit distribution pattern of traditional Chinese medicine industry chain is quantitatively processed by using the index system of systematic science,which reflects the results more intuitively,and it is more intuitive to the traditional Chinese medicine industry chain.An attempt to study the distribution of interests.The application value of this study: to provide a reference for the benefit distribution in the industry chain of traditional Chinese medicine in Anguo City;to enable the relevant subjects of the industry chain of traditional Chinese medicine to actively participate in cooperation,improve the overall interests of all subjects,improve the efficiency of the use of resources,and form a benign cycle of state,which has a certain role in promoting the development and growth of the industry of traditional Chinese medicine.
