Human resources management is an important part of commercial bank management. Human resource is the most active of all the resources in the most critical factor, can realize the relationship with the bank targets. Commercial banks in the future in the service, technology and benefits the final competition to highlight the performance of human resources management in the aspects of competition. Rural commercial bank is a kind of service to the local farmers, agriculture and rural economic development of the local shareholding commercial banks, rural commercial banks to optimize the human resources management system to enhance the rural commercial bank underthe new situation of financial industry competitiveness, realize modern commercial bank management and employee self realization has important significance. This article first to domestic and foreign related reviews and theoretical generalization. In the theoretical basis of comprehensive study of rural commercial banks in current human resources, each perspective for the current in this field, analyses and comparison, and pointed out the deficiency of current research, and through the analysis of the present situation of human resource management of rural commercial bank to carry on the summary, the disclosure of major problems in human resources management and the causes, to explore the influence of the factors of human resource management and proposes the corresponding solution countermeasures.
