Multi-Dimensional Dilemma Analysis And Path Selection Of Rural Industry Prosperity In Fengjie County

In order to effectively solve the"three rural"issues and balance urban and rural development,the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to implement the strategy of rural revitalization.As an important part of rural revitalization,industrial prosperity is the material basis and economic guarantee for the development of rural industries.Only by realizing the prosperity of the rural industry can the prosperity of the rural industry be created,so as to improve the income level of farmers and realize the strategic goal of rural revitalization as soon as possible.The thesis takes29 townships and towns in Fengjie County,Chongqing City as the research scope,and uses qualitative and quantitative methods to comprehensively carry out research on the multi-dimensional dilemma of rural industry prosperity in Fengjie County and the solution path.Based on the theory of sustainable livelihoods,analyze the dilemma of industrial prosperity from three dimensions:nature,society,and economy;use the TOPSIS evaluation method to comprehensively evaluate the development level of rural industries;use geographic detectors to measure 29 indicators of single-factor and multi-factor effects on the level of industrial development using the geographic autocorrelation method to analyze the spatial correlation characteristics of the factors affecting the prosperity of rural industries;using the obstacle degree model to identify the main obstacle factors for the development of each industry,and classifying three types of obstacles;industrial financing,tertiary industry integration,market development,and other six aspects,put forward the path to solve the predicament of rural industrial prosperity.The main contents and conclusions of the research are as follows:(1)The prosperity of rural industries in Fengjie County has multiple dimensions of difficulties,such as nature,society,and economy.In the dimension of the natural environment,there are major problems such as steep terrain,uneven water and heat,and fragmented cultivated land;in the dimension of social economy,there are major problems such as poor traffic accessibility,serious population aging,lack of professional talents,and small scale of industrial production;in the dimension of economic capital,there is income The main problems are low level,single industrial structure and weak marketization.(2)The SWOT analysis shows that the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities,and challenges of rural industry development in Fengjie County coexist.The advantages are reflected in rich resources,great development potential,low industrial cost,and strong awareness of intergovernmental cooperation;the disadvantages are reflected in economic lag,insufficient potential,weak foundation,serious homogeneity,scattered industries,poor integration of tertiary industries,weak leading industries,and poor structure.Weak synergy;the"new economic normal"promotes the transformation of traditional industries,new urbanization construction,deep transportation integration,and other strategies have become new opportunities for Fengjie County’s industry;it is facing the impact of the international market and the challenges of surrounding competitors.(3)The development level of rural industries in Fengjie County is generally low,with large spatial differences and various obstacles.The research results are as follows:(1)Construct an industrial prosperity evaluation index system with 29 specific indicators in three dimensions:natural environment,social material,and economic capital.The development level of 29 township industries was obtained by using the TOPSIS evaluation method,and 5 grades were divided according to the values of each dimension.The natural environment dimension is mainly poor,with a total of 19 towns,accounting for 65.52%;the social material dimension is mainly extremely poor and poor,with 14 towns in both;the economic capital dimension is mainly ordinary and poor,accounting for 31.03%and 34.48%respectively;the comprehensive development level of rural industries is generally low,mainly poor and extremely poor,accounting for48.28%and 34.48%respectively.(2)Using geographical detectors to measure single-factor and double-factor interaction,10 single factors such as urbanization rate,labor force population,per capita income of rural residents,and fruit production have strong spatial explanatory power for the level of industrial development.In the two-factor interaction,the time from each town to the county government has the strongest interaction with the number of industrial enterprises,and fruit production has the strongest impact on other factors.(3)Spatial autocorrelation shows that the overall natural environment dimension presents a significant positive correlation,the economic capital dimension is not significant,and the social material dimension has a significant negative correlation;from a local perspective,the Moran index of each dimension is concentrated in the first(high)and third quadrants(Low and low)showed homogeneous agglomeration characteristics,accounting for 37.9%and 29.9%respectively,while the second(low and high)and four quadrants(high and low)had relatively few heterogeneous agglomeration distributions,accounting for 19.5%and 12.7%.(4)Using the obstacle degree model,8 main obstacle factors were identified,including the number of industrial enterprises,the disposable income of rural residents,fruit output,urbanization rate,the number of supermarkets over 50m~2,garden area,live pigs and goats,divided according to the frequency of factors There are three types of constraints:market,synthesis,and production.There are 15 towns with market constraints,accounting for 51.72%of the total;10 towns with comprehensive constraints,accounting for 34.48%;and 4 towns with production constraints,accounting for 13.79%.(4)Propose a solution to industrial development obstacles from 6 aspects including natural resources,infrastructure,labor force,capital technology,organizational structure,and marketing market.Adjust the layout of the agricultural industry,create small town industrial clusters,promote the application of"smart agriculture",and solve the shortage of natural conditions;strengthen the construction of rural roads,farmland water conservancy,communication grids and other projects,and solve the lagging infrastructure;improve the local talent training mechanism and implement talent The"siphon"project solves the loss of labor and talent;integrates multiple fund investment platforms,establishes a multi-subject fund credit guarantee system,and solves the imbalance of capital and technology;carries out vertical and horizontal business integration,binds industrial integration carriers,and breaks the solidification of organizational structure;A high-level market information release platform,promote new scenarios of e-commerce consumption,develop agricultural product logistics system,establish agricultural product traceability system,and break the slow market development.
