Research On The Identification Of Poor Family In Rural China From The Perspective Of Multidimensional Poverty

That poverty is a very complex issue that has received extensive attention in the long term.As of 2017,China still has a serious problem of poverty.The report of the 19 th National Congress pointed out that there were still many shortcomings in the field of people's livelihood,and the task of getting rid of poverty is arduous.The goal is that from now to 2020,the country's poverty-stricken rural population should be lifted out of poverty under the existing standards.And the establishment of a model system for the identification of poor households is the key to this stage of research.This paper studies the poverty-stricken families in rural China from the perspective of multi-dimensional poverty,draws on the concept of fuzzy sets in fuzzy mathematics,and tries to treat “poverty” as a fuzzy concept,using the TFR method in the fuzzy set method.Constructing multidimensional poverty ambiguity index measures and classifies the multidimensional poverty status of rural families in China.Then,use the random forest to verify and predict the existing poverty identification model.Finally,the prediction accuracy of multidimensional fuzzy-random forest model is verified and compared with other models.Using a multi-dimensional fuzzy-random forest combination model to effectively identify poor people can not only accurately identify poor families in rural areas,but also analyze poverty incidence,poverty-causing factors,and multiple dimensions of poverty in China's rural poor households.Discriminate criteria to effectively identify poor families,and put forward the corresponding policy recommendations for accurate poverty alleviation.The research results show that the incidence of single-dimension poverty(and the poverty-causing factors of multidimensional poverty)is mainly concentrated in the burden of life,living environment,economic status and per capita annual income,Multidimensional fuzzy-random forest model has high accuracy in identifying poverty.The research results of this paper are of great significance for precision poverty alleviation.Theoretically speaking,this paper has constructed a comparatively complete rural multidimensional poverty identification system,which has laid a foundation for the identification of poor households;in practical terms,this paper proposes an accurate approach to poverty alleviation.Identifying the combined model of poor households can provide important reference for accurate poverty alleviation work.
