Research On The Coupling And Coordinated Development Of New-type Urbanization And Technological Innovation In The City Group Of Shandong Peninsula

With the scale of cities expanding,and the number of urban population continues to increase,many problems such as the weakening of the carrying capacity of resources and environment,the diminishing marginal return of production factors,and the intensification of the contradiction between people and land are gradually prominent in the process of China’s urbanization.Therefore,the new-type urbanization proposed by China in 2014 is to put emphasis on shifting from factor-driven to innovation-driven.Scientific and technological innovation is used to support the development of modern cities,create ecological cities and smart cities,and promote people-oriented new urbanization.The "smart,green,balanced,and two-way" new-type urbanization advocated by Shandong is similar to the above ideas.This paper takes 16 cities in the City Group of Shandong Peninsula as research objects.Firstly,the internal mechanism of the interaction between new urbanization and innovation is described;Secondly,through the construction of new urbanization and innovation system,the development level is measured by using entropy method and comprehensive evaluation model;Then,the partition interval of each stage of the coupling coordination model is modified,and the coupling coordination development of the two systems is studied from two aspects of time series development and spatial evolution;Moreover,using the obstacle degree model,this paper discusses the obstacle factors that affect the coupling and coordinated development of the two systems and analyzes the reasons.It is found that the "innovation platform" and the "smart town" criterion layer are the main factors;Finally,taking into account the different characteristics of the three economic circles and cities,four development suggestions were put forward,including the innovative integrated development mechanism,the establishment of a high-energy innovation platform,the promotion of the transformation of new and old kinetic energy,and the building of a green and intelligent three-dimensional town.
