With the development of Western humanism management thought,humanized management has become the mainstream of enterprise management at home and abroad,and its core lies in the self-management and realization of employees.Based on this,the focus of enterprise management gradually changes to knowledge management and mental management,and active self-management gradually replaces passive management.At the same time,employees’ work value proposition is shifting from material needs to growth needs,paying more attention to whether work can promote their long-term career development,and the organization-employee relationship is shifting from "pure employment" to "cooperative symbiosis".Therefore,how to carry out the mental leadership of employees and give employees sustainable competitiveness to realize the coordinated development of organization and employees is the core issue of human resource management at present.Although the growth mental model can answer some questions of self-management and realization of employees,the "black box" of the construction of growth mental model has not been opened,and how to realize the dynamic development and transmission of growth mental model among people has not been effectively solved.Mind,as a native Chinese concept of thinking process,attitude and value,is similar to the spirituality of spiritual leadership.However,spiritual leadership is proposed based on Western management theory and practice.Although some researchers have introduced the concept of spiritual leadership and conducted beneficial exploration based on the local situation of China,However,the dimension of spiritual leadership cannot completely complement the spiritual leadership of employees by leaders in the context of local management in China.Therefore,this study creatively proposes the concept of "mental leadership" based on the social information processing theory and the local knowledge and action view,by combining the research on growth mental model and spiritual leadership.This paper proposes the mental leadership from the perspective of the unity of knowledge and action in the local Chinese context.This study reviews the growth of mental models and spiritual leadership for leadership research topic to study and put forward mind,considering the scarcity of case object and typicality,adopt the way of match the skill of leadership and staff interview huawei information collection,by grounded theory to identify the key concepts of the stylized performance dimensions,and combing the concept between the logical chain,Finally get the following main conclusions:(1)the unity of the leadership perspective mind from the known to make good use of knowledge view,governs incorruptibly knowledge view,knowledge view and talent development of mental models is mental leadership impact on employee’s internal psychological mechanism,governs incorruptibly is mental model of the leadership to influence employees’ external behavior.(2)Mental leadership is the extension of spiritual leadership in the local context of China,and there are differences in theoretical basis and leadership effectiveness between them.Research perspective of this research will mind transformation to the leadership style,clarify on spiritual leadership of the local,mental type leadership is how to build and how to exert efficiency,present a story in China,with Chinese characteristics is the growth mental models a powerful complement research perspectives and research methods,and a new exploration of leadership style.In addition,based on the idea of transforming the management of employees into "empowering" employees,this study takes the development and growth of employees as the foothold of mental leadership,which provides a new idea for the practice of developmental human resource management.
