| In the human resource management of state-owned enterprises,the content of performance appraisal is a relatively easy problem,which is also an important factor related to the vital interests of employees and the long-term development of enterprises.J company is a state-owned enterprise that provides effective guarantee for the comprehensive informatization solution of government enterprise customer service.In the performance management process of J company,there are many unreasonable aspects,such as low attention to performance appraisal,imperfect performance management steps,simplistic performance indicators,single performance means,inadequate application of performance appraisal results,and neglect of the participation of the assessed,which seriously affect the enthusiasm of business personnel and lead to weak business development of the company.Therefore,how to improve the performance management of front-end business salespeople,break the business development bottleneck,support development transformation,upgrade,and promote the company to become bigger and stronger and move towards the capital market are urgent problems for J company at the operational management level.Based on the relevant concepts,theories,and methods of the performance evaluation system,the paper first introduces J company and the group of government enterprise customer managers,and analyzes the current status of J company’s government enterprise customer manager performance evaluation system from the aspects of evaluation subjects,cycles,indicators,and results application;Then,with the help of questionnaire survey and in-depth interview methods,a survey was conducted on the current status of the performance evaluation system for J company’s government enterprise customer managers to identify the problems and reasons for the performance evaluation of J company’s government enterprise customer managers.Furthermore,on the basis of clarifying performance evaluation issues,targeted measures were formulated to optimize the performance evaluation system for J company’s government enterprise customer managers.Finally,in order to better ensure the implementation of this plan,the paper also proposes corresponding measures from three aspects: enhancing management attention,improving performance evaluation supporting systems,and shaping a positive performance evaluation culture.The paper studies how to optimize the performance evaluation system of J company’s government enterprise customer managers.On the one hand,it can improve the current performance level of business personnel and enhance the level of J company’s human resource management work.On the other hand,in the research on improving the performance evaluation system of J company’s government enterprise customer managers,the methods and ideas adopted in the paper can provide a reference method and ideas for improving the performance evaluation of other state-owned enterprises. |
