Research On The Integrated Development Of Rural Primary,Secondary And Tertiary Industries In Jiuyuan District

With the continuous advance of agricultural modernization and rural reform,high and new technology is widely used in rural construction and agriculture,it is urgent to accelerate the integrated development of rural primary,secondary and tertiary industries.In 2015,No.1 Document of the Central Committee proposed for the first time "Promoting the integrated development of the primary,secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas".In subsequent years,No.1 document of the Central Committee made specific arrangements for the integration of rural industries.The report of the 19 th CPC National Congress put forward the rural revitalization strategy,of which industrial prosperity is an important link.Under such a strategic background,promoting the integrated development of the primary,secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas is of great significance and plays an important role in realizing rural revitalization and accelerating agricultural and rural modernization.Taking Jiuyuan District as an example,this thesis adopts a variety of research methods to carry out research.Firstly,it discusses the research background and purpose significance of industrial convergence,introduces relevant research progress at home and abroad,and determines the research content and program.Then the concept of industrial convergence and related theories,including the concept of industrial convergence and industrial convergence related theoretical research.Then,it reviews the development status of the integration of the first,second and third industries in Jiuyuan District,including the basic situation and development status of the integration of rural industries in Jiuyuan District.Then find out the conditions of the integrated development of the first,second and third industries in the rural areas of Jiuyuan District,including the PEST analysis method to refine the conditions of the integrated development of the rural industries in Jiuyuan District,and analyze the basis of the integrated development of the rural industries in Jiuyuan District.Then find out the main problems in the integrated development of the primary,secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas: The development of agricultural production and marketing is not coordinated,the transformation and upgrading of agricultural processing industry lags behind,the interests of various subjects in the whole agricultural industry chain are not closely connected,most leading agricultural enterprises have weak ability of scientific and technological research and innovation,the development of new agricultural business entities is delayed,leading enterprises in industrial integration have difficulties in financing,and the risk diversification system is not perfect.Finally,countermeasures and suggestions for accelerating the integrated development of the rural primary,secondary and tertiary industries in Jiuyuan District are given: optimizing the agricultural industry chain,vigorously developing the agricultural processing industry,establishing multi-form interest linkage mechanism,strengthening the promotion of scientific and technological innovation,cultivating diversified rural industry integration subjects,improving the multi-channel rural industry integration services,and improving the industrial integration risk dispersion system.In short,it is a systematic project to realize the integrated development of the primary,secondary and tertiary industries in the rural areas of Jiuyuan District,which needs to combine the industrial integration of rural mass entrepreneurship and innovation,sustainable development,agriculture going global,new urbanization and the construction of Internet platforms to exert the linkage effect.
