Research On The Rural Industrial Convergence Driven By Technological Innovation

The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed the strategy of rural revitalization.Industrial prosperity is the focus of rural revitalization,and the rural industrial convergence is an important way to promote rural industrial revitalization and industrial prosperity.Therefore,we must vigorously promote the rural industrial convergence to achieve rural revitalization.Under this background,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the dynamic mechanism of the integration of rural industrial convergence.Technology innovation plays a decisive role in promoting the development of modern agriculture and realizing rural revitalization.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the mechanism and actual effects of technological innovation in the development of the rural industrial convergence.Under this research theme,in order to explore the mechanism and actual effect of technological innovation on the rural industrial convergence.In this paper,according to the research ideas of "theoretical analysis;status analysis;empirical testing;optimization policy",a comprehensive study of technological innovation drives the rural industrial convergence in Shanxi Province.First,by combing the existing literature,the basic concepts and basic theories of technological innovation and the integration of rural industrial convergence are expounded theoretically,and the mechanism between the two is analyzed.It is concluded that technological innovation drives the the rural industrial convergence,and also analyzed the effect of technological innovation on the rural industrial convergence.Secondly,this paper analyzes the current situation in Shanxi's technological innovation,and uses the grey correlation analysis method to measure the technological innovation ability in Shanxi Province and 11 prefecture-level cities.At the same time,it analyzes the rural industrial convergence of Shanxi Province,and uses the entropy method to measure the degree of rural industrial convergence in Shanxi Province and other prefecture-level cities.On the basis of the above research,by constructing a structural equation model for the integration of technological innovation and the rural industrial convergence,it is empirically verified technological innovation will drive the rural industrial convergence or not.Test result: Technological innovation has a positive effect on the industrial convergence.Among them,technological innovation has a promoting effect on the extension of the agricultural Industrial chain,the multi-functional development of agriculture,the increase of farmers' income and employment,and the convergence of urban and rural areas.However,the relative role in the extension of the agricultural industrial chain is not obvious,and it can be improved.Finally,it puts forward policy suggestions on how technological innovation can improve the integration of the rural industrial convergence.This paper analyzes the mechanism of technological innovation driven the rural industrial convergence,and analyzes effects of technological innovation driven the rural industrial convergence.In this paper,the Grey correlation analysis and Entropy method are used for comprehensive evaluation,and the structural equation modeling is constructed to analyze that technological innovation has a positive role in promoting the rural industrial convergence.However,there are some deficiencies in the paper,such as the imperfect evaluation system of rural industrial convergence,and the incomplete empirical research,which needs further refinement and improvement.
