| Urban investment enterprise is a kind of company that began to rise in the 1990 s in China.It is a development role under the background of China ’s tax sharing system reform,which provides a lot of help for the development and construction of urbanization in China.Especially in the upsurge of land development and new infrastructure,it has promoted the progress of urbanization.When China enters the new normal of economy,the quality of economic development has obviously increased,and the operation rules of urban investment enterprises have undergone many changes.The production factors invested by urban investment enterprises cannot control risks in time,resulting in a decline in their own debt scale and overall development quality,which greatly changes the government ’s thinking on urban development and construction.In addition,the central government has pointed out the path for the high-quality development process of local urban investment enterprises,which has put pressure on urban investment enterprises to carry out all-round development and transformation.Under such a development background,urban investment enterprises must adjust their own development strategies according to the internal and external environment.Only by applying their limited resources to the blade can they achieve strategic upgrading and higher profitability.Based on this,this paper studies the development strategy of HNYY city investment enterprise,hoping to provide some help for its development strategy upgrading and development dilemma change.This paper uses literature research,case analysis,questionnaire survey research methods to carry out research.Firstly,the research background and significance of this paper are clarified,the research status at home and abroad is sorted out,and the research content,method and technical route of this paper are established.Secondly,it clarifies the relevant concepts and theoretical basis of this paper,such as : the connotation of urban investment company,Porter ’s five-force model,etc.,which provides a good theoretical guidance for the case analysis of this paper.Thirdly,by combing the case of urban investment group,this paper analyzes its development status,and uses PEST,Porter ’s five-force model and SWOT strategic environment analysis tools to understand its macro environment,industry environment,advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats.On this basis,according to the analysis results of SWOT analysis tool and the division of strategic choice direction,combined with internal and external quantitative evaluation matrix and QSPM quantitative strategic plan matrix,this paper makes a quantitative evaluation of the development strategy choice evaluation of HNYY City Investment Group,and gives the direction guidance of strategic choice.Finally,the strategic objectives and positioning,development strategy content,implementation control process means are formulated for the development strategy of HNYY City Investment Group.This paper uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods to study the development strategy of HNYY City Investment Group.Through research,it is believed that the development strategy needs to correctly identify the development environment,the formulation and implementation of the development strategy needs to have a time plan,and the rational use of strategic management theory tools can help enterprises formulate a scientific strategic system,but it is necessary to have safeguard measures and risk control means to better achieve the development strategy.Therefore,it is hoped that the research in this paper can provide reference help for the development transformation or strategic upgrading of HNYY Urban Investment Group and urban investment enterprises in the same industry. |
