| With the deepening of the reform of state-owned enterprises,municipal state-owned capital investment and operation companies have mushroomed rapidly.The two types of companies have played a "stabilizer" role in optimizing capital distribution,driving industrial development.However,due to the short time of establishment of local state-owned capital investment companies,and the early stage mainly focused on the reform of central enterprises,coupled with the impact of unexpected economic shocks,in the current context of particularly fierce market competition,if we cannot quickly identify our own positioning,seize external opportunities,and overcome the weak links in functional positioning,system improvement,operation management,and other aspects of the early development of state-owned capital investment companies,it is bound to affect the future development.Therefore,as the state-owned capital investment and operation platform established earlier by the municipal government,it is very necessary for LYTF Company to examine the current competitive environment from a strategic perspective,and formulate a scientific,clear,ambitious,and feasible development strategy based on market rules and enterprise realities.This is the key for LYTF Company to enhance its own competitiveness,achieve capital preservation and appreciation,and better perform social functions.Based on resource dependence theory,dynamic competition theory,and business ecosystem theory,this paper introduces the development strategies of domestic and foreign enterprises and the development status of state-owned capital investment companies using literature research and survey research methods;Using research tools such as the Five Forces Model and PEST analysis,based on the analysis of the internal and external environment of LYTF and the construction of an evaluation matrix,the ability of LYTF to seize opportunities,respond to threats,leverage strengths,and compensate for weaknesses is obtained.Through SWOT analysis,the internal and external environment of LYTF is summarized.Finally,four alternative strategies are analyzed using the QSPM matrix analysis,and it is determined that LYTF should adopt a growth oriented development strategy,And propose implementation and safeguard measures.The innovation studied in this article has two points: First,it proposes the growth oriented development strategy of LYTF Company.By analyzing the external environment and internal factors of LYTF Company,the external opportunities and threats as well as internal strengths and weaknesses that LYTF Company is facing are identified;Use SWOT analysis to systematically and objectively evaluate it,clarify the company’s development direction,and analyze the feasibility of four alternative strategies to explore the effectiveness of strategy implementation;Finally,using QSPM analysis,it is concluded that LYTF companies should choose growth strategies,which further enriches the application research of development strategies for local state-owned capital investment companies.The second is to propose implementation strategies for LYTF’s growth oriented strategy.Regarding the sustainable development of LYTF Company,six implementation strategies have been proposed in terms of strategic implementation,namely focusing on the steel and energy sectors to accelerate the growth of key industries;Focusing on market demand orientation to maintain diversified industrial growth;Focusing on technological innovation and increasing investment in technological research and development;Focus on industry chain financing and accelerate the development of financial business;Focus on the three major business sectors and increase investment in supporting industries;Prudent investment in the real estate sector.The implementation measures provide strong support for the high-quality development of LYTF Company.This study has important theoretical significance and practical value.Theoretical significance: It has enriched theoretical research in the field of enterprise development strategy.Through the analysis of relevant information on enterprise development strategies,it is found that domestic and foreign scholars have conducted systematic research in this field,It has significant reference significance for the research of this article.However,the research on the development strategy of local state-owned capital investment companies,especially LYTF,is still insufficient.The text provides support for the development strategy research of local state-owned capital investment companies.Practical significance: Firstly,it is to help enterprises further understand their current external development environment and accurately analyze their strategic positioning and objectives.The second is to help enterprises standardize their development and promote the standardized capital operation.Finally,it is to help the case enterprise better participate in market competition. |
