Research On The Relationship Between Supply Chain Integration And Financial Performance From The Perspective Of Environmental Uncertainty

The real economy represented by the manufacturing industry is the foundation of China's economic development.In recent years,with the transformation of China's economic development mode,the manufacturing industry faces the challenge of rising raw material prices and rising labor costs.Facing the severe market environment,the concept of supply chain integration has become an effective means for manufacturers to reduce costs and destock in the new normal background.In addition,market environment uncertainty is also an important factor in business management.Therefore,based on the actual situation of China's manufacturing industry,this paper explores whether the financial performance of manufacturing enterprises is affected by supply chain integration,and whether there is heterogeneity in the impact of supply chain integration on financial performance when environmental uncertainty is different.Provide new ideas for the development of supply chain management strategies for Chinese manufacturing enterprises,and ensure the effective implementation of supply chain management activities.Based on the above background,this paper takes China's manufacturing industry as the research object,draws on the research results of predecessors,and divides supply chain integration into two dimensions: supplier integration and customer integration.Based on literature analysis and theoretical deduction,it constructs financial performance.The inter-research model of supplier integration,customer integration and environmental uncertainty is the study of the effects of supplier integration and customer integration on financial performance and the adjustment effect of environmental uncertainty on the relationship between the two.This paper uses the data of 490 listed companies in China's manufacturing industry from 2013 to 2017,and establishes a multivariate regression model to verify the hypothesis.The conclusions are as follows:(1)Supplier integration and customer integration have a positive effect on financial performance(2)Environmental uncertainty has a regulatory effect on the relationship between supply chain integration and financial performance;when environmental uncertainty is high,supplier integration has a more positive effect on financial performance;and when environmental uncertainty is low,customers The positive effect of integration on financial performance is more pronounced.Based on the above research conclusions,the paper puts forward three suggestions: First,the manufacturing enterprise should improve the ability of supplier integration and customer integration;secondly,pay attention to the impact of environmental factors on supply chain integration,and develop different supply in different environments.Chain integration strategy,at the same time,enterprises must have certain predictive ability to change the external environment;finally,enterprises should establish risk awareness of supply chain integration,supply chain strategic alliance should establish scientific early warning mechanism,reduce supply chain integration risk,maintain supply chain The stability of management activities.
