Research On The Problems And Strategies Of Agricultural Products Quality Traceability System In Hunan Province

With the increasing awareness of people’s health,the community is paying more attention to the quality and safety of agricultural products.As a traditional agricultural province,Hunan has had a number of agricultural product quality and safety incidents,which not only have a certain impact on the agricultural economy,but also have a negative impact on the health of consumers.In order to deal with agricultural safety incidents and improve the quality of agricultural products supervision,building a traceability system is a proven way.Although Hunan has built the traceability system for agricultural products,there are problems such as the lack of active participation of agricultural products production subjects and the limited application of the traceability platform,resulting in its limited role.Therefore,it is of certain practical significance to study the agricultural products quality traceability system in Hunan Province,analyze its problems and propose targeted countermeasures.Based on the theory of system science and information asymmetry,this study carried out a series of studies by using literature,empirical and inductive interviews.First of all,based on the analysis of the construction status of the quality traceability system of agricultural products in Hunan Province,this paper constructed an empirical model of influencing consumers to purchase traceability agricultural products,and investigated and analyzed the factors influencing consumers to purchase traceability agricultural products;Secondly,combined with the current status of the current traceability system and investigation and analysis,research into the current Hunan province agricultural products traceability system exists in six aspects of the problem,and the causes of these problems are analyzed;Finally,combined with the actual situation of food supervision in Hunan Province,from five aspects of the above problems put forward targeted optimization strategies.The results show that consumers with higher education level,higher income level,higher consumption experience of traceable products,and higher recognition of the traceability system tend to buy traceable products.There are still some problems in the construction of agricultural products traceability system in Hunan Province,such as lack of enthusiasm,shortage of funds,imperfect system,small scope of application,difficult information integration,etc.Combined with the actual situation of Hunan Province,this paper proposes targeted optimization strategies from perfecting laws and regulations,strengthening system docking,strengthening collaborative supervision,increasing construction capital investment,strengthening training and publicity of traceability system,etc.Through these optimization measures and practice test,finally promoted the construction of hunan province agricultural products traceability system,practically improved the quality of hunan province agricultural products.The results obtained in this study provide important reference and meaningful exploration for the construction level of agricultural product quality traceability system in Hunan Province,and also make a certain practical contribution to improve the science and technology and safety of the system.
