The Operation Mode Of Yangtze Delta Region Institute Of Tsinghua University,Zhejiang As A New Innovation Carrier

It is the core of our country’s implementation of the innovation-driven development strategy to realize the transformation of the economic development mode from relying on "factor-driven" and "investment-driven" to relying on "innovation-driven development".The key to implementing this strategy is to promote the transformation of sci-tech innovation achievements.With its many advantages and industry-academia-research characteristics,the school-local co-construction of a new innovation carrier can effectively integrate sci-tech innovation with the achievement transformation,and become a powerful practice for in-depth implementation of this strategy.In this context,in order to further improve the level of transformation work and serve innovation-driven development,it is necessary to conduct research on the operation mode of such new innovation carriers,especially at present,such carriers are facing problems such as insufficient driving force for scientific and technological innovation,inflexible mechanisms and systems,and unsmooth transformation of achievements.First of all,it sorts out and reviews the relevant literature at home and abroad,expounds the connotation and basic theory of university-local cooperation and new innovation carriers,and briefly describes the research content and basic methods such as interview method and literature research method in the paper.Secondly,taking Yangtze Delta Region Institute of Tsinghua University,Zhejiang(hereinafter referred to as “Yangtze Delta Region Institute”)as the research object,and conducts research on the operation mode of new innovation carrier of school-local cooperation as the core.Based on the analysis of establishment background and the development outcome of the Yangtze Delta Region Institute,this paper analyzes the existing operation subject,operation management structure,operation objectives and operation ideas,and summarizes the current operation mode supported by sci-tech innovation,talent introduction and cultivation,achievement transformation,local service and supply chain management.Thirdly,based on grounded theory,the questions were designed,and interviewers were determined for the current situation of the Yangtze Delta Region Institute.Through interviews,research and other contents,the problems of the operation mode of the Yangtze Delta Region Institute were found,and the improvement models were actively constructed to analyze the causes of problems.Finally,according to the relevant theoretical knowledge such as operation mode and triple helix,the improvement of the operation mode of the Yangtze Delta Region Institute is proposed.By clarifying the improvement ideas and principles of operation mode of the Yangtze Delta Region Institute,the countermeasures such as deepening the reform of the scientific research system,clarifying the positioning of the operation carrier,cooperative and diversified development,accelerating the output of landmark achievements,and building the highland of high-level talents are put forward,and the specific guarantee of the construction of the operation mode is proposed.
