As China entered a new economic cycle,interest rate marketization and external supervision became more strict,HB Rural Commercial Bank’s performance continued to decline,employee income growth was weak,and work pressure gradually increased.At the same time,Internet enterprises have entered the financial market,the competition in the industry has become increasingly fierce,and the survival environment of banks has become increasingly difficult.Since 2015,the number of staff turnover in HB Rural Commercial Bank has increased significantly,and the staff turnover rate remains high.This paper takes HB Rural Commercial Bank as the research object.First,it combs the current situation of research on employee turnover at home and abroad,then summarizes the basic situation of HB Rural Commercial Bank and the current situation of employee turnover.Then,it explores the problem of employee turnover in HB Rural Commercial Bank by means of literature research,questionnaire survey,interview,empirical analysis and other methods,and from the outside of the bank,analyze the possible reasons for resignation from three levels,namely,within the bank and individual employees.Finally,based on the above analysis,combined with the current situation of HB Rural Commercial Bank and the actual operation,the paper puts forward targeted strategies for staff loss: improve the performance appraisal system,establish a scientific talent training system,create a positive and healthy corporate culture,open communication channels,reshape the competitive advantage of the enterprise,reasonably ease staff pressure,build an employee recognition system,help employees balance the conflict between career and family,etc,hope to solve the human resource dilemma of HB Rural Commercial Bank and change the current situation of employee turnover.This research mainly uses the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey,interview and empirical analysis to explore the influencing factors,reasons and coping strategies of HB Rural Commercial Bank employee turnover.The main innovations are as follows: First,based on the reality of HB Rural Commercial Bank,this paper combines theory with practice,and uses a variety of research methods to investigate and analyze the reasons for employee turnover,so as to ensure that the conclusions drawn are comprehensive and accurate;Sencond,based on empirical analysis,this paper summarizes the real reasons for employee turnover and puts forward corresponding strategies,which is of reference value to similar rural financial institutions in solving such problems.
