In the current highly competitive society,people have to face more and more stress, especially the working pressure,if the long-lasting high-pressure state is not relieved effectively, it would seriously endanger the health of employees, also cause employees have negative attitude to their work, the high rates of absenteeism and turnover would be happen, this is so-called “job burnout”.In this paper, the gross root employees from QI Bank which is a city commercial bank as the research object,based on the theory of working stress, job burnout and their relationship,based on the effect of demographic variables,used literature research, questionnaire survey, case analysis, statistical analysis and other methods, researched the working pressure and job burnout status of QI Bank employees facing,and analyses the impact comprehensive about working stress to job burnout,and provides some suggestions for QI Bank to working stress management and job burnout.Through the empirical analysis, this paper mainly got the following conclusions:1. The QI Bank staff in the work itself factors, organizational and institutional style, career development, work and family conflict, the four aspects of the working pressure is relatively high,role stress and interpersonal stress is relatively low.Overall,the QI Bank staff have high working pressure.2. The phenomenon of job burnout of QI Bank employees is mainly manifested in the low professional efficacy and emotional exhaustion,followed is alienation,the job burnout of employees is relatively serious.3. There is no significant difference in the gender and marital status of QI Bank employees to all dimensions of working pressure;there are significant differences in age to the role stress, interpersonal relationship, organizational style;there are significant differences in education and duty to the role stress;there are significant differences in work age to the work factors,organizational style;there are significant differences in income levels to the six dimensions of working pressure.4. There is no significant difference in the gender,age,education and duty of QI Bank employees to all dimensions of job burnout;there are significant differences in marital status, working age to the the emotional exhaustion;there are significant differences in income levels to the the emotional exhaustion,alienation.5. The work factors, interpersonal relationship, work and family conflict can be used as a predictor of emotional exhaustion, and the forecast effect is significant,the interpersonal relationship, organizational style, work and family conflict can be used a predictor of alienation, and the forecast effect is significant,the work factors, role stress, interpersonal relationship, work and family conflict can be used as a predictor of low professional efficacy, and the forecast effect is significant.6. There is a great relationship between the working pressure and job burnout of QI Bank employees,the job burnout can be predicted by a certain degree of working pressure,the more and more high working pressure is an important factor to cause the job burnout in QI Bank.
