| In 1992,AIA,as the first foreign insurance company to enter China since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,introduced the insurance agent system into the Chinese insurance market and opened a new era.Its performance greatly touched the domestic insurance companies at that time,and then various insurance companies followed suit.However,behind the rapid growth of premium scale does not mean high-quality development,such as misleading sales and slow claims settlement.At the same time,the situation of insurance agents’ big in and big out is becoming more and more common among major insurance companies.Insurance agents play a very important role as a bridge between insurance companies and customers.Therefore,only by strictly controlling the quality of new employees,implementing humanized measures to retain excellent agents,and changing the old tactics of "big in and big out",can major insurance companies fundamentally solve the problem of loss of insurance agents.This thesis takes TP Life Insurance Handan Branch as the main research object,and analyzes the age distribution,training system,team building,salary system,welfare system and other aspects of the agent team composition of TP Life Insurance Handan Branch through literature review,questionnaire survey,interview and other means,combined with Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory and Herzberg’s two-factor theory,It is concluded that the factors affecting the loss of agents include unreasonable salary structure,imperfect training system,non-standard business sales model,low sense of collective belonging of agents,and low professional quality of agents.In view of the above problems,based on the strategic goal of the company to develop towards high quality,the corresponding countermeasures to solve and optimize management are put forward.It is determined to start from the source,strictly control the quality of the company’s insurance agents,and provide timely training support to the existing agent team,so as to effectively reduce the loss rate of the company’s insurance agents.In response to the loss of insurance agents,combined with the development of the Internet and the requirements of the current situation,the specific implementation measures for online exhibition industry are proposed for the first time to improve the sense of belonging of insurance agents to the company. |
