With the increase of demand,the flower market has a good development prospect and broad market space,which is a sunrise industry that can realize the three-in-one development of economy,society and ecology.With the advancement of urbanization,people’s living standards have been gradually improved,and the development environment of flower industry has undergone major changes.In the new period of flower development,the demand for flowers has penetrated into all aspects of people,from urban landscape to residential areas,from daily consumption to festival celebration,the increase in flower consumption demand has stimulated the growth of flower market.In the process of investigation and research on flower industry in Nyingchi,we know that the development time of flower industry in Nyingchi is relatively short,and there is still a gap with the better developed areas in the mainland,so it has practical significance for the study of flower industry in Nyingchi.Based on the field investigation of nursery enterprises and cut flower market in Nyingchi City,this paper analyzes the current situation of flower industry in Nyingchi city with the help of agricultural industrialization theory,consumer behavior theory and industry correlation theory.First of all,SWOT analysis is used to find out the main problems and influencing factors of flowers in Nyingchi City.It is found that the advantages of flowers in Nyingchi City are:(1)The flower industry has a broad market prospect;(2)Continuously rich flower varieties;(3)Significant industrial economic benefits;(4)Abundant wild germplasm resources;(5)Advantage of natural conditions.The disadvantages are:(1)Low level of specialization and scale in flower production;(2)Lack of sound infrastructure;(3)Imperfect circulation system;(4)Low technology content;(5)Peer competition pressure.Opportunities are(1)Increasing market demand;(2)Leisure and sightseeing demand;(3)The rise of Internet sales;(4)Policy support;(5)The adjustment of agricultural industrial structure.The challenges are:(1)The flower market faces challenges;(2)The level of flower scientific research should be improved;(3)Flower production and marketing mode needs to be changed;(4)Protection of independent intellectual property rights;(5)The degree of informatization is low.Secondly,SWOT method and AHP analysis method were used to construct the index system of the flower industry in Nyingchi City.Their relative importance values were calculated by SWOT-AHP analysis method and expert questionnaire,and the weight index was obtained,SO strategy was determined as the optimal development strategy of Nyingchi City.Finally,combining the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis results,the paper puts forward reasonable suggestions for the healthy development of flower industry in Nyingchi City:First,clear objectives,do a good job planning,development of characteristic flower industry;The second is to create a complete circulation system,extend the industrial chain and take the road of innovation.Third,strengthen the construction of high-quality management personnel and technical personnel team five,fourth,rely on policy support,increase the R & D investment in flower industry.Hope to provide some reference value for the development of flower industry in Nyingchi City.
