Research On Comprehensive Evaluation Of The Competitiveness Of Urban Exhibition Industry

With the development of socialist market economy, urban exhibition industry emerges as the third industry maturing in a globalized economic environment. As a new economic pattern, exhibition economy provides a new opportunity for the economic development. At home and abroad, the research on exhibition industry is already well advanced, used scientific method analysis the effects of the linkage industries of the exhibition industry. Since the effect of linkage industries is very strong, it makes the convention and exhibition industry play a very important role.The current development of exhibition industry in Chinese cities,not only how to develop and enhance the strategic position of the urban exhibition industry but also how to enhance the competitiveness of China urban exhibition industry is that we need to face. Only improving the competitiveness, the exhibition industry will fully bring the economic and social benefits.In this dissertation, by researching the related theories of the urban exhibition industry, it is reviewed the development status of the urban exhibition industry. Based on domestic and international in-depth study of relevant theories, it puts forward the theoretical value and practical significance. Secondly, by comparing the domestic and foreign outstanding exhibition industry development model, and combining the development of China exhibition industry with the status quo at this stage, this dissertation puts forward problems existing in the development process of Chinese exhibition industry. On this basis, in this dissertation it is used Porter's Diamond Model and regarded to multi-faceted analysis of the competitiveness, to establish urban exhibition industry competitiveness integrated evaluation index system. And by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the ideas, this dissertation establishes the integrated evaluation model of urban exhibition industry competitiveness. In this dissertation, it is used Harbin as an empirical object and combined with the theory of fussy evaluation, to establish the integrated evaluation model of urban exhibition industry competitiveness. Finally, some counter-measures are proposed solutions in how to improve the competitiveness of Harbin convention and exhibition industry.
