| T Agriculture and animal Husbandry Group Company studied in this paper is a typical private enterprise,and the human resource management of private enterprises has become an important part of the strategic development of enterprises.The biggest challenge faced by private enterprises is not only the influence of external environmental factors,but also the internal talent incentive.The fundamental reason for the loss of key core employees and the decline of enthusiasm,creativity and dedication of employees in private enterprises is that the construction of enterprise incentive system needs to be further perfected.Therefore,improving the incentive system of private enterprises is particularly important for enterprises to provide sustained and stable high-quality development system guarantee in the period of change.Based on the actual social environment of human resource management in our country,this paper uses relevant incentive theories and research results to analyze the existing problems and causes in the key talent management of T Agriculture and animal husbandry Group company,aiming at the current situation of the performance incentive system of T Agriculture and animal husbandry Group company through a questionnaire survey,and proposes suggestions for improving the performance incentive system of T Agriculture and animal husbandry Group company.This paper focuses on the key talents of T Agriculture and animal Husbandry Group Company and the main causes of employee turnover,and makes a scientific analysis of the outstanding problems existing in the current management of key talents in terms of salary,position,training,etc.In combination with the overall development strategic objectives and positioning of the enterprise,it proposes targeted solutions to the performance incentive system.The construction includes performance management mechanism,incentive reward mechanism,organizational development incentive system,employee training incentive system and other countermeasures.The relevant research results of this paper not only have reference significance for T Agriculture and animal Husbandry Group Company to improve the problem of talent incentive,but also have certain reference value for general private enterprises to improve the performance management system.At the same time,it is also hoped that the results will contribute to enriching the performance incentive system of private enterprises with Chinese characteristics. |
