With the significant changes in the market environment,enterprises are facing many pressures and risks in the process of operation.For traditional human resource management,it is difficult to meet the basic needs of modern enterprise development.At present,in the development of enterprises,human resource planning has become an indispensable part of strategic planning,and its influence has been continuously enhanced.At the same time,it has gradually attracted the attention of enterprise managers.How to optimize enterprise human resource management and establish a perfect human resource management system,so as to drive the rapid development of enterprises has become an important issue of high concern for enterprises.G Group is a wholly state-owned enterprise founded in 2008.It is funded by Guangzhou State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission,with a registered capital of 5.78 billion yuan.Mainly responsible for the investment and financing,construction and operation management of high-speed highway construction projects,as well as the comprehensive development of land resources along the high-speed highway.B Expressway operating Company is a wholly-owned holding company of G Group.Over the years,the management mode of B expressway operating company has made a lot of active exploration for the operation and management mode of Chinese expressway.Therefore,taking B Expressway operating company as the research object is of extremely important reference significance for G Group’s human resource planning research.In the process of exploration,this thesis takes the theory and method of human resource planning as the basis to explore the modern management mode of talent management of B highway operation company,takes the company’s development strategy and operation objectives as the measurement standard,and constantly improves the human resource planning according to the company’s business environment,so that it can better promote the development of the overall business strategy of the enterprise.This thesis studies the problems and risks of human resource management in B highway operating company from the aspects of the total number of employees and employee structure.Reasonable use of linear regression analysis and Markov prediction method to make a reasonable forecast of internal human resource management supply and demand,through the combination of quantitative and qualitative methods,to predict the amount of human resources needed by B highway operating company in the next three years,and make a supply and demand balance forecast scheme;Finally,in view of the problems existing in the human resource planning of the B highway operating company,after analyzing the development strategy of the company,the corresponding measures are taken to plan the human resources,and the guarantee scheme with implementation is determined.This thesis studied and formulated the human resource planning of B Expressway operating Company in the next three years,aiming to make the company form better competitiveness in the industry through the practical application of its human resource planning,and help G Group develop into a modern comprehensive transportation industry investment group in Guangzhou.To provide reference and ideas for promoting the integrated transportation system of Guangzhou and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. |
