In the field of child education research, teacher in kindergarten should be an "Other" of theory researchers. Being different with researchers' "logic of theory", teachers of kindergarten take "the logic of practice" as their feature. The researcher tried to do a field research to the practice of teachers of kindergarten, to rich researchers' idea of the practical activities of teachers of kindergarten, and to lead researchers to reflect on their own culture and idea, so that they can gain the power of anti-solidity.Sorting out the historical alteration of the understanding of practice, the research discovers that practice can not be only taken as the application of theories. As the whole fact of existing of human beings, practice is the subjective participation of agent, and the possible choice and self-adjustment of the subject while facing different situations. It is not the habitues self, but the strategies causing our activity, which emerge from the mutual effect of the habitues and the field, taking the capitals of certain field as the purpose. The teachers of kindergarten bear the powers in the field, while at the same time they also exert the power to the field. The space of their creative activities is determined by the space of their social network, their social associations during the course of socialization and their knowledge and habitues formed during the course. The fields the teachers of kindergarten undergo are changing constantly, and the agents with different habitues may use different strategies.The researcher studies the uniqueness of kindergarten teachers' logic of practice, then finds that first, the forming course of their logic of practice is historical and ecological, second, the logic demonstrates an outstanding female feature and the limitation of time. Anyway, the subject of teachers in kindergarten is flowing in the practice. The researcher also analyses the prospect of the mutual construction between teachers and children, and their families and theory researchers in the education field.Concentrating her efforts on discovering the logic of practice of teachers in kindergarten, the researcher aims at the reflection of the theory researchers. Therefore, after pondering over the research practice, the researcher puts forward that in the process of intercourse with teachers, the theory researchers should recognize that teachers' culture has the reciprocal position with researchers' culture, then "let other be Other", and try to care the practice of teachers in kindergarten. After that, theory researchers can try to share the process of teachers' reflection and then understand the complex education field.The last but not least, the researcher reflects on her own methods and methodology of the research, mainly on the relationship between researcher and the object of the study constructed during the study.
