Parallel mechanism has strong bearing capacity,good accuracy and stiffness,and wide application range.It has been widely used in aerospace,automobile,medical and health fields.Compared with six-degree-of-freedom parallel mechanism,low-degree-of-freedom parallel mechanism has the advantages of fewer components,simple modularization and low cost.It is a hot research topic both in the field of scientific research and in the field of industrial production.With the development of China's high-speed railway,power and other industries,the demand for forging parts has increased.Therefore,great opportunities have been brought to the development of forging press,and the process of transformation and upgrading of forging press has been accelerated at home and abroad.In this paper,a new type of three-degree-of-freedom parallel forging press is proposed to obtain forging products with more complex structure,larger size and better performance.Firstly,the structure and size of the new forging press are designed,the parameters of key components are determined,the solid model of the new forging press is constructed,and the position of the forging press is analyzed by vector method.Secondly,the independent variable method is used to model and analyze its kinematics,and Jacobian matrix and Hessian matrix are obtained.The branched spring is analyzed and the expression of its force is given.Based on the principle of virtual work,the static and dynamic models of the mechanism including springs are established,and the correctness of the models is verified.The force analysis of vertical forging and inclined forging is carried out.Then,the finite element analysis of the whole model of the new forging press is carried out,and the stress and deformation of the forging press under the action of forging pressure are studied.The natural frequencies and mode shapes of new forging press are obtained by modal analysis.Finally,the hydraulic system of new forging press is designed,the design principle and scheme are given,and the main parameters of the hydraulic system are determined.
