In recent years, the high accuracy technique of manufacture set a higher request to the hydraulic press system's control accuracy, therefore analyzing the influence of each kind of factor in the system to control accuracy, choosing reasonable control policy, carrying on the simulation and the research to the hydraulic press system has very vital significance.In the producing process using the hydraulic press, hydraulic press's position accuracy will often change greatly under the load strength's change, the product quality would have big error relative to the original design request, thus hard to guarantee the product with high accuracy. Position accuracy's change mainly divides into two parts: one part comes from the condensability of hydraulic fluid, another part is because the elastic deformation of mechanical material. This article mainly aims at conducting the research on these two part of dynamic accuracy error to hydraulic press, thus provides the basis for hydraulic press's high accuracy control.This article firstly introduced hydraulic press's development survey and the research survey, carried on the outline to the system simulation technology and application, and carried on the explanation to this topic's research goal, the significance as well as the main research content. Secondly, elaborated hydraulic press's basic theory, thus builded the foundation for the later simulation and research.Then introduced the experiment about the hydraulic press hydraulic system, carried on the simulation and analysis using the AMESim software to the hydraulic press hydraulic system, and analyzed emphatically the position accuracy changing process of hydraulic system when withstanded impact load. And also builded the model of hydraulic press's frame with Pro/E software, inducted its model into ANSYS to carry on the structure static analysis and the transient state dynamic analysis, and analyzed the position accuracy changing process of hydraulic press frame when withstanded static load and impact load. Finally, the comprehensive preamble has obtained the hydraulic press system's entire position accuracy change, thus provided the basis for hydraulic press's high accuracy control, according to the fundamental research and the actual situation, pointed out some deficiencies, and future's direction of research and development.
