Algae had photophosphorylation and oxidativephosphorylation energy metabolic systems, they had more engrey changes than other microorganism when responsing on toxicities. Algae cells producted heat to radiate outside in the way of infrared radiation. The infrared radiation could be test by infrared thermometer when there were a lot of cell population. The temperature variation could show responsing degree on toxicities, the algae infrared radiation testing method would be studied which using sensitive algae. The sensitive alga was the special alga which had the more temperature changes, shorter time, more kinds of toxicities, lower toxicities concentration. How to define alga was the key way, so define method had been developed.By using infrared thermomete to test the changes in the algae infrared radiation, this paper analysed the relationship between the infrared radiation and organic toxicities, found the sensitive algae which responsed to organic toxicities obviously, controlled the sensitivity, mastered the sensitive algae growth characteristics, defined the impact of period, studyed six joint toxicities by secondary factor regression general rotation, mainly obtained following conclusion:Firstly, the heat which algae cells producted radiated to outside by infrared radiation, the heat whice cell groups producted could be tested by infrared thermometer. Algae had the photosynthetic and oxidative phosphorylation in the same time, the energy changes were heavier than other microorganisms.Secondly, 10 kinds organic toxicities responsed to 8 species algae , the biggest average difference in temperature were 0.11℃~0.27℃, the average time were 3.0min~4.8min, there were obvious difference between different algae.Thirdly, by the temperature response, time response, organic toxicities response, Selenastrum capricornutum was the sensitive algae. The temperature response was from 0.17℃to 0.5℃, the average difference in temperature was 0.27℃, The e average time was 4.4min.Fourthly, the lowest concentrations of Selenastrum capricornutum reponsed to organic toxicities had the same sensitivity as the luminescent bacteria when detecting Toluen, Formaldehyde Phenol.Fifthly, the beginning chla was 0.35mg/L, 1-2d was lag phase, 3-12d was log phase, 13-14d was stationary phase, after 15d was death phase. The log phase was the best period for the algae infrared radiation testing organic toxicities.Sixthly, in mixture of phenol and toluene, the both organic toxicities were addition. In mixtures of benzene and chlorobenzene, the both organic toxicities were synergistic effect. Benzene and phenol, benzene and toluene, toluene and chlorobenzene were antagonistic effects.
