Along with the development of science and technology, the higher request of mechanical manufacturing the product quality was put forward. But through the use of domestic CNC machine tools was small, a considerable number of CNC machine utilization efficiency is also not high , not fully. The need for five or six sides on surface of the processing of the complex shaped box part at all times, to install positioning, this causes the positioning error and the installation of deformation, leading to the processing precision, scrap rate is rised.Long ago we found the invention of high degree is round table and boring mill spindle box under vertical milling machine, The machine major inventions point: it's a precision indexing round table and boring and milling spindle box installed in vertical milling machine we Can realize the horizontal and vertical two direction processing We can do milling, boring, curved surface milling, drilling such as tapping the complex processing in a machine.And in the all we only achieve one installation of surface,. NUM1050 with his NUMTOOL, NUMPASS , NUMHMI, such as software development tools, and by use of VB6.0 , we do some research on the following aspects:(1) Considering the boring and milling center part of mechanical structure of machine, design the electrical diagram ,and the PLC ladder-diagram online diagnosis and debugging.(2) The parameters of the servo part machine is analyzed and studied Using the control theory, the main point is to Convenient the boring and milling machining center machine debugging.(3) Based on visual interface as development platform, VB6.0 by use user interface design, Using VMC- 1600HD mini processing center– user to interface design,the design of serial communication and network communication system design, and development the CNC machining remote control system software online.
