The Clinical Observation Of Transvaginal Hysterectomy (TVH) With Intraoperative Laparoscopy For 150 Cases

Objective:to investigate the value of the laparoscopic hysterectomy in transvaginal hysterectomyMethods:to select 150 pationts who received TVH with intraoperative laparoscopy between October 2009 and April 2010 in the Department of Gynecology of the Second Hospital of Shanxi Medical University,and analyse the time of operative time, the condition of pelvic cavit by intraoperative laparoscopy, blood loss, the weight of uterine etc.Results:138 cases were successful.12 cases performed abdomen operation,ten because of severe adherence in pelvic cavity,and two because of the neck of uterus too high from the hymen.The rate of proportion of pelvic adhesions is 56.6%;the rate of the condition needed to dispose by laparoscope is 39.9%,the rate of the nub of vagina errhysising,in 23 pationts,is 16.7%,the operation time of TVH with intraoperative laparoscopy is 106.3±105.3ml,the average uterine weight is 331.9±162.1g.Conclusion:Doctor can see the condition of pelvic cavity by the laparoscopic hysterectomy in operation of TVH, consequently, make for estimateing the the operation methods,meanwhile,stripping bladder more smoothly.That reduces the postoperative complications.Therefore, TVH with laparoscopic hysterectomy is very necessary.
