Objective:To understand the occupation protection status of nurses in chemotherapy,for the formulation of reasonable and effective chemotherapy on nurse occupationprotection measures to provide reference. Methods: District of Urumqi hospital in672oncology nurses, nurses in chemotherapy application" occupation protection survey"conducted a questionnaire survey, using SPSS statistical software for data analysis,statistical methods included descriptive statistics analysis, χ~2test, analysis of variance andt test. Results: Different educational background, different titles, different ethnic groupsof oncology nurses to chemotherapeutic agents know the differences were statisticallysignificant (P <0.05), the overall situation awareness is poor; tumor hospital and generalhospital nurses in department of oncology in the dispensed the chemotherapy drugsprotective measures to wear gloves, wearing a gown, extraction liquid is removed from theliquid do not exceed the capacity of the syringe3/4and processing patient excreta whenthe difference was statistically significant (P <0.05), protective measures are not in place,hospital results better than general hospital department of oncology; the departmentmanagement, hospital and a general hospital in pre-job training, on-the-job training,establish and perfect the protection system of the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05), management is not in place; chemotherapeutic occupation protection trainingtime every <30min proportion is the largest single, training content. Conclusion:(1) Thenurse to chemotherapeutic drug types, harm, harm way insufficient understanding.(2) Thenurse occupation of chemotherapy protection measures implementation rate is low.(3) Thehospital without a sound protection system and adequate protective equipment.(4)Hospital on chemotherapy occupation protection management does not reach thedesignated position.(5)Chemotherapy occupation protection training seriously insufficient.
